Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Ketercapaian 24 Profil Leadership Curriculum Model Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) di SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi program dengan model CIPP. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan penelitian kombinasi (mix methods). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi partisipan, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data meliputi proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian, data analisis juga menggunakan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Evaluasi pada aspek konteks mengases latar belakang program, tujuan, dan relevansi visi misi sekolah dengan tujuan program. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa tujuan 24 profil Leadership Curriculum di SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar adalah untuk menyasar 24 profil Leadership Curriculum. Hal ini sudah sesuai dengan Permendikbudristek No. 5 Tahun 2022 tentang Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL). (2) Evaluasi pada aspek input mengases kompetensi guru, sarana dan prasarana, dan pembiayaan. Hasil evaluasi pada aspek ini sudah sesuai dengan PP No. 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan, Permendikbudristek No. 22 Tahun 2023 tentang Standar Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan, dan Permendikbudristek No. 18 Tahun 2022 tentang Standar Pembiayaan Pendidikan. (3) Evaluasi pada aspek proses mengases persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi ketercapaian 24 profil Leadership Curriculum. Hasil evaluasi pada aspek ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan sudah sesuai dengan Permendikbudristek No. 16 Tahun 2022 tentang Standar Proses Pendidikan dan Permendikbudristek No. 21 Tahun 2022 tentang Standar Penilaian Pendidikan. (4) Evaluasi pada aspek produk mengases dampak, kelebihan, kekurangan program. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa ketercapaian 24 profil Leadership Curriculum sudah sesuai dengan tujuan program. This study aims to evaluate the program Achievement of 24 Profiles of Leadership Curriculum Model Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) at SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar. This research is program evaluation research with the CIPP model. The research approach used is a combination research approach (mix methods). The data collection methods used were participant observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis includes the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Then, data analysis also uses inferential statistics. The results showed that: (1) Evaluation in the context aspect assesses the program background, objectives, and the relevance of the school's vision and mission to the program objectives. The evaluation results show that the purpose of the 24 Leadership Curriculum profiles at SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar is to target the 24 Leadership Curriculum profiles. This is in accordance with Permendikbudristek No. 5 of 2022 concerning Graduate Competency Standards (SKL). (2) Evaluation in the input aspect assesses teacher competence, learner competence, facilities and infrastructure, and financing. The evaluation results in this aspect are in accordance with Government Regulation No 19 of 2005 on National Education Standards, Minister of Research and Technology Regulation No 22 of 2023 on Education Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, and Minister of Research and Technology Regulation No 18 of 2022 on Education Financing Standards. (3) Evaluation on the process aspect assesses the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the achievement of the 24 Leadership Curriculum profiles. The results of the evaluation in this aspect show that the implementation is in accordance with Permendikbudristek No. 16 of 2022 concerning Education Process Standards and Permendikbudristek No. 21 of 2022 concerning Education Assessment Standards. (4) Evaluation of the product aspect assesses the impact, strengths and weaknesses of the program. The evaluation results show that the achievement of the 24 Leadership Curriculum profiles is in accordance with the program objectives.
