Abstract

Business actors are slowly starting to leave conventional marketing methods and switch to digital marketing. Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using digital technology via the internet, social media, cell phones, or other digital media. There are many advantages to getting from digital marketing, namely: scalable, more efficient, and broad-reaching. With the application of digital marketing, it is hoped that MSME actors will be able to develop and compete. MSME owners in Kalibaru Manis village still have problems such as limited human resources, limited business capital, system limitations in business administration, and the lack of ability for marketing, especially promotion, making them less able to compete with large business owners who are already strong and supported by advanced technology. advanced. Then, UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) assistance was carried out with Digital Marketing training in Kalibaru Manis Village, Banyuwangi Regency. With digital marketing training, it is hoped that it will be able to develop the business sector for MSME actors in Kalibaru Manis village. With collaboration with youth organizations, we are able to preserve the program that we run while carrying out mentoring in the village of Kalibaru Manis.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To determine the existing market segmentation in BMT Sidogiri Capem Sempu, 2) To determine the determination of the segmentation, 3) Determine the impact of market segmentation in increasing the number of customers at BMT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. The results of this study are the existing segmentation in BMT, namely geographic, demographic and psychographic segmentation which in practice market segmentation is used as a tool to determine the target market to be targeted and determine the target market. So that in marketing existing products will achieve maximum results and in accordance with company targets. As for the considerations before choosing a market determination strategy, several considerations need to be made, namely by determining the area and value of various market segments, so that segmentation allows BMT to be more focused in allocating funds. Segmentation accompanied by the selection of a target market will provide a reference and basis for determining positioning. Segmentation is a key factor to beat competitors. Because consumers are too heterogeneous, BMT needs to group the market into market segments.

Abstract

Of the several prevailing systems, the majority used are leases, orange collectors rent oranges from farmers for a certain time, and as long as the rental period is still running and has not been completed, the farmers are not allowed to use their land and the status of the land benefits belongs to the lessee. This research method is a qualitative field research, with the Syafi'i School of jurisprudence and formal juridical approaches, and the data collection method is interviews with people in the Banyuwangi Regency area. The result of the research is that the practice of renting oranges in villages in the Banyuwangi Regency is legal because it is in accordance with the rules set by the Syafi'i School. Actually there is one condition ma'qud 'alaih that is not fulfilled, namely the object of the ijarah transaction is only intended for benefits or services, so it is not permissible to rent out goods in order to obtain benefits in the form of other goods or objects of benefit. However, according to Taqiyyudin As-Subki, at the end of his life, he allowed to rent a tree with the aim of obtaining its fruit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the nazdir law of leasing waqf land for the Nurul Huda Mosque in Kedungrejo Hamlet, Sambimulyo Village, Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency based on the opinion of the Syafi’i School. This research method is field research with a qualitative approach to produce descriptive data in the form of observed words and behavior. In the data analysis process, there are three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verifying conclusions. The conclusion drawn from these results is that the waqf land leased by the Nurul Huda Mosque in Kedungrejo Hamlet, Sambimulyo Village, Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency was carried out by the waqf nazir based on the results of the deliberations attended by the waqf nazir, mosque administrators, community leaders and mosque youth in accordance with sharia provisions, this is based on several reasons; nazir in leasing this is based on the concepts of hajat, mashlahah and ghibthab, the wakif party at the time of endowment never requires it not to be rented out and when the wakif donates the land, the 'urf that applies is that the waqf land of the mosque is leased

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of gold guarantee financing at the BMT-UGT Nusantara Pesanggaran branch in increasing profitability. Each sharia financial institution usually has varied marketing strategies to attract public interest. The strategy used by BMT-UGT Nusantara Pesanggaran Branch in developing gold collateral financing and to increase interest in the community is usually holding outreach. BMT-UGT Pesanggaran has prepared a financing product whose application is quite simple, so it is in great demand by the public. The contract used in this financing is rahn. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data source used in this research uses primary data obtained directly from research objects that have been determined to provide accurate information. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation and documentation. The conclusion obtained is that the implementation of gold guarantee financing at BMT-UGT Nusantara Pesanggaran Branch is quite easy and simple so that it is in great demand by the public.

Abstract

his study aims to analyze the effect of ease and usability on member interest in using Mobile UGT at BMT UGT Nusantara Pesanggaran Branch . The background of this study is based on the increasing development of information technology that encourages microfinance institutions, such as BMT, to adopt mobile- based applications as a means of service to their members. The object of this study is members of BMT UGT Nusantara Pesanggaran Branch who use the Mobile UGT service. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to selected respondents with samples taken by purposive sampling from 40 respondents who have used the UGT mobile application . The results of the study indicate that ease and usefulness have a significant positive influence on members' interest in using Mobile UGT. Ease of use of the application and perceived usefulness by members are the main factors that increase their interest in continuing to use the mobile service . This finding contributes to the development of information systems in BMT to improve the quality of service to members.
