Abstract

Bandung Barat memiliki keberagaman topografi yang menimbulkan perbedaan produktivitas tanaman, salah satunya padi. Kebutuhan akan beras sebagai komoditas pangan meningkat seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi kemampuan lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dalam mendukung kebutuhan beras untuk dikonsumsi penduduk dan mengetahui kondisi pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan dengan melihat ketersediaan beras per kapita pada periode waktu 2015-2023. Dilakukan perhitungan daya dukung lahan (DDL) pertanian dan ketersediaan bahan makanan serta dilengkapi dengan in-depth interview kepada dinas terkait. Daya dukung lahan pertanian dihitung menggunakan rumus dari teori gabungan Odum, Christeiler, Ebenezer Howard, dan Isard. Perhitungan ketersediaan bahan makanan mengacu pada rumus dari buku panduan Analisis Neraca Bahan Makanan Nasional Tahun 2021-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan DDL pertanian Kabupaten Bandung Barat 2015-2023 menunjukkan kondisi mampu melakukan swasembada pangan dengan kecenderungan semakin rendah. Ketersediaan bahan makanan beras untuk dikonsumsi setiap penduduk Kabupaten Bandung Barat selama tahun 2015–2023 menunjukkan kondisi yang terpenuhi di mana ketersediaan beras per kapita lebih besar daripada rerata konsumsi beras penduduk. Namun, kondisi pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumsi beras akan mengalami defisit pada tahun 2025. Kondisi menurunnya DDL dan ketersediaan beras per kapita tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti minat petani dalam melakukan aktivitas budidaya pertanian padi serta faktor eksternal antara lain perubahan penggunaan lahan, cuaca, dan wabah serangan Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman (OPT).

Abstract

The problem of violence against children is a problem that still occurs in community life, including in Bantul Regency. Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga or PUSPAGA is a service unit that plays a role in fulfilling and protecting children's rights, such as preventing violence against children. This research aims to determine the implementation of public services in PUSPAGA Projotamansari, Bantul Regency in preventing violence against children. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation methods. Interviews and observations are based on indicators of the PUSPAGA implementation assessment instrument from Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, which consists of Institutions, Resources, Activity Programs/Services, Service Protocols for COVID-19 mitigation, as well as Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting. Then, the results of the interview were scored and analyzed descriptively. Based on the research results, only two of the five indicators fill the assessment standards, namely institutions and resources. PUSPAGA Projotamansari Bantul Regency's public services in preventing violence against children are not yet optimal because the available facilities are not yet complete, information regarding PUSPAGA is not yet known to all the community, causing a lack of community participation, and the services provided do not meet standard quality. Therefore, it is necessary to fulfill completeness and increase resources, increase socialization of PUSPAGA services, as well as improve the quality and range of services at PUSPAGA Projotamansari.

Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) is a health facility unit that carries out basic-level public and individual health efforts that are promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative in nature, including health services for mothers and children. Therefore, a puskesmas needs to develop child-friendly services. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation and quality of child-friendly services at puskesmas in Bantul Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive-quantitative. Data was collected using questionnaire forms and then edited, scored, weighted, and classified based on the measurement by Kementrian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak. The research results showed that there are nine puskesmas categorized as Utama level, twelve belonging to Nindya level, and five classified Madya level. However, there is only one puskesmas in Bantul Regency which is eligible as Puskesmas Ramah Anak, namely Puskesmas Kasihan I. The quality of PRAP implementation in Bantul Regency is good because more than 78% of Puskesmas in Bantul Regency have implemented mother and children health services to support organizing KLA through health programs and innovation activities. Measurement of the quality of implementation of child-friendly services at community health centers is conducted based on the fulfillment of each child-friendly service variable contained in the institutional cluster as well as the basic health and welfare cluster.

Abstract

Fulfillment and protection children's rights as the main objective of implementing Kabupaten Layak Anak (KLA) in Bantul Regency needs to be carried out comprehensively and in stages starting from kabupaten, kapanewon, and kalurahan. Kecamatan and Kelurahan Layak Anak must be developing to achieve Kabupaten Layak Anak. This research was conducted to determine the development quality of Kecamatan and Kelurahan Layak Anak (KELANA/DEKALA) in Bantul Regency. This research method uses a quantitative-descriptive approach. The parameters used are indicators of Kecamatan and Kelurahan Layak Anak, which include regulations/policies, programs/activities, and supporting infrastructure for KELANA and DEKALA in each kalurahan and kapanewon in Bantul Regency. Based on the research results, proven that 1) The quality development of kapanewon and kalurahan Layak Anak in Bantul Regency was mostly categorized as quite good, 2) All of the kapanewon and kalurahan in Bantul Regency already has regulations supporting the fulfillment and protection of children's rights, 3) Program/activities development supporting Kecamatan Layak Anak in Bantul Regency are still not good, while the development of Program/activities supporting Kelurahan Layak Anak in Bantul Regency is good, 4) Kapanewon and Kalurahan office's infrastructure quality in Bantul Regency is good because they have provided infrastructure that is used as a benchmark in developing Kecamatan and Kelurahan Layak Anak, even though most do not yet fill the highest standards.
