Abstract

This research proposal was put forward to identify how the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, the effect of the physical environment on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The type of research that will be carried out is explanatory research or explanatory research where this research aims to analyze the relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables. Exogenous variables in this study include compensation, physical environment and work satisfaction, while the endogenous variables are employee performance. The population to be analyzed in this research proposal is 133 production and office employees of CV Garuda Plastik in the Demak area. The sample in this study was determined using a purposive sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. For the research analysis method used is a quantitative analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. The supporting application program used is SPSS 22. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The physical environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh perceived organizational support dan Islamic work ethics terhadap employee engagement, serta menganalisis dampak perceived organizational support, Islamic work ethics, dan employee engagement terhadap employee performance di Bank Jateng Cabang Syariah Pekalongan yang membawahi Bank Jateng Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Tegal dan Brebes. Populasi yang dianalisis berjumlah 130 responden, dengan sampel sebanyak 116 responden. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, demikian pula dengan Islamic work ethics yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Selain itu, perceived organizational support dan Islamic work ethics terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. Employee engagement juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance, serta mampu memediasi pengaruh antara perceived organizational support dan Islamic work ethics terhadap employee performance.

Abstract

This research proposal is put forward in order to identify how the influence of the role of Innovation Behavior has on Organizational Performance, the influence of Innovation Behavior on Affective Commitment. Influence of Affective Commitment on Organizational. performance. The type of research that will be carried out is explanatory research, where this research aims to analyze the relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables. Variables in this research include Organizational Performance, Innovative Behavior, Affective Commitment. The population to be analyzed in this research proposal is the population in this study. In this study, the population taken was batik UMKM from Pati Regency, with a total population of 333 people from batik UMKM in Pati Regency. The sample in this study was determined using a purposive sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained from questionnaires. Sample selection will use a non-probability sampling method, namely a sampling technique where not all of the population can be sampled. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS. The research results show that affective commitment has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance. Affective commitment has a positive and significant influence on innovation behavior. Innovation behavior has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance.
