Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: World Health Organization (WHO), telah mengumpulkan data 148,1 juta anak di bawah usia 5 tahun terlalu pendek untuk usianya (stunting), 45,0 juta terlalu kurus untuk tinggi badannya (wasting) dan 37,0 juta terlalu berat untuk tinggi badannya (overweight) pada tahun 2022. Pada tahun 2022 daerah, jumlah kasus stunting mencapai 12,82 %. Sementara pada tahun 2023, menurun menjadi 10,39 %. Puskesmas Marusu prevalensi stunting pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 64 kasus dan pada tahun 2023 yaitu sebanyak 41 kasus. Pada 2024 pada bulan Januari-Juli didapatkan kasus stunting sebanyak 91 kasus. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis hubungan komunikasi dengan kreativitas kader posyandu dalam mengedukasi ibu hamil tentang stunting. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional Study. Lokasi penetilian di Puskesmas Marusu, Kabupaten Maros.Total sampel 123 responden dengan pengambilan sampel populasi. Sumber data ini diambil dari data sekunder 2024. Hasil: Ada hubungan komunikasi (communication) dengan kreativitas kader (p=0.028). ABSTRACT Background: The World Health Organization, has compiled data of 148.1 million children under the age of 5 years too short for their age (stunting), 45.0 million too thin for their height (wasting) and 37.0 million too heavy for their height (overweight) in 2022. In the 2022 region, the number of stunting cases reached 12.82%. While in 2023, it decreased to 10.39%. The Marusu Community Health Center (Puskesmas) had a stunting prevalence of 64 cases in 2022 and 41 cases in 2023. In 2024 in January-July, 91 cases of stunting were found. Objective: To analyze the relationship between communication and creativity of posyandu cadres in educating pregnant women about stunting. Method: This study uses a type of quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study research design. The research location was at the Marusu Health Center, Maros Regency. The total sample was 123 respondents with population sampling. This data source was taken from secondary data 2024. Results: There is a relationship between communication and cadre creativity (p=0.028).
