Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in producing scientific research or articles. Previous research or relevant research has a role in strengthening theories and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews factors that can influence the disclosure of fraudulent financial statements, such as forensic audits, investigative audits and data mining. This journal is a study of audit literature. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used for further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) data mining has an influence on the disclosure of fraudulent financial statements; 2) forensic accounting has an influence on the disclosure of fraudulent financial statements; and 3) investigative audits have an influence on the disclosure of fraudulent financial statements.

Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen perusahaan berbasis web menjadi sangat penting karena memberikan kemudahan akses dan pengelolaan data dalam sebuah perusahaan. Namun, keamanan data menjadi perhatian penting dalam penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis web ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan suatu sistem informasi berbasis web adalah metode prototype yang meliputi lima tahap utama: komunikasi, rencana cepat, pemodelan desain cepat, konstruksi prototipe, dan pengiriman serta penyebaran masukan. Ketika ingin membuat suatu rancangan sistem informasi yang aman, yang harus kita perhatikan adalah aspek keamanan pada setiap tahapannya, termasuk desain database, pengelolaan hak akses, dan pemilihan teknologi yang sesuai. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi bagi perusahaan untuk menggunakan metode prototype dalam merancang suatu sistem informasi yang aman dan terintegrasi. Sistem ini telah diuji coba dan ditemukan memiliki keamanan yang tinggi serta mampu memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan data bagi pengguna. Dengan dilakukannya suatu penelitian yang berhubungan dengan sistem informasi di manajemen perusahaan, diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang lebih aman dan terintegrasi dengan sistem operasi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Labor productivity can be regarded as the most important factor that supports the success of the company in achieving its various goals. For companies, labor is considered as an important factor that plays a role as the main factor or the main determining factor in the movement of production activities in the company. Work stress and work conflict are two problems that are often faced by many employees. Job stress can affect a person's physical and psychological condition which in turn threatens the employee's performance. If the problem is not immediately resolved and allowed to drag on, it will affect the quality of the workforce in carrying out their work. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out whether there is an influence between work stress and work conflict on performance. The method used in this research is qualitative and literature study. The results of the analysis show that: 1) There is a positive influence between work stress on employee performance; and 2) There is a positive influence between work conflict on employee performance.
