Sebelum penulis menelusuri, perusahaan ini terbebani dengan layanan laundry karena jumlah klien yang berlebihan sehingga mengakibatkan pencatatan pesanan tidak teratur, terkadang pencatatan data mengenai ketersediaan tabung dan stok laundry tidak akurat, serta kesalahan biaya. perhitungan biaya laundry yang harus dibayar klien. Teknik deskriptif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, data yang penulis peroleh berasal dari observasi langsung terhadap pengelola Happy Clean Laundry serta wawancara dengan narasumber terkait. Penulis memanfaatkan diagram kasus dan sumber lain untuk membantu penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan suatu sistem informasi yang memungkinkan pencatatan pendapatan, biaya, dan ketersediaan stok bahan baku laundry secara efisien, cepat, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara untuk memahami kebutuhan sistem informasi. The objective of this research is to create an information system that will help the company's current operations by capturing and processing transactions and computerizing the stock of items. Prior to the authors' investigation, the company was overburdened with laundry services due to an excessive number of users, which resulted in disorganized order records and occasionally inaccurate data records on Happy Clean. Additionally, there were errors in determining the amount of laundry that the customer was responsible for paying. The descriptive approach is employed in this study, and the author gathered the data by directly seeing the laundry happy clean and interviewing the relevant informant. Case diagrams and other tools are used by the author to assist this research. It is anticipated that the findings of this study will provide an information system that will enable the efficient, rapid, and effective recording of income, costs, and the stock of laundry basic materials.]]>
