Conclusion: applying effective coughing techniques to patients can be used to expel secretions and can reduce respiratory frequency in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Suggestions are expected for patients to be able to take independent action (cough effectively) when experiencing problems with ineffective airway clearance.
