Abstract

Pada kehamilan fisiologis akan mengalami perubahan hormon, kenaikan berat badan dan pertumbuhan bayi. Sedangkan perubahan psikologis dapat terjadi pada ibu hamil dengan bertambahnya usia kehamilan seperti mengalami ketidaknyaman, keluhan nyeri di daerah punggung, untuk mengatasi dilakukan pemberian intervensi non farmakologi gerakan pelvic rocking menggunakan birthing ball. Tujuam dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelvic rocking menggunakan birthing ball terhadap nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimester III. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre- eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test post-test. Tempat penelitian di PMB Rabiah dan PMB Husniyati pada tanggal 1 April – 12 Mei 2023. Pengambilan Sampel dengan metode accidental sampling sebanyak 33 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan skala VAS dan SOP Pelvic Rocking. Hasil penelitian Sebelum dilakukan intervensi mengalami nyeri sedang sebanyak 26 responden (78,8%) dengan mayoritas waktu lamanya menggunakan birthing ball 11-15 menit. Setelah dilakukan intervensi mengalami penurunan menjadi nyeri ringan 28 responden (84,8%). Uji statistik yang digunakan uji Wilcoxon yang diperoleh nilai significancy ρ value 0,000 dengan tingkat ρ ≤ 0,05 artinya terdapat efektivitas yang bermakna antara pelvic rocking menggunakan birthing ball terhadap nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimeter III. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat efektivitas pelvic rocking menggunakan birthing ball terhadap nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimetser III.

Abstract

The concepts of reward and punishment are understood as educational strategies aimed at shaping students’ behavior and character. In the tradition of Islamic education, these principles are recognized through the concepts of targhīb (reward) and tarhīb (punishment), which are rooted in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This article is designed to analyze the concepts of reward and punishment in hadith tarbawi by referring to three primary hadiths, while also examining their relevance to contemporary educational practices. A qualitative approach was employed in this study using a library research method. The findings indicate that reward in the hadith tradition emphasizes spiritual and moral dimensions, whereas punishment is implemented gradually, proportionally, and based on the principle of gentleness. These concepts are considered relevant to reinforcement theory in modern educational psychology; however, within the hadith perspective, they encompass broader ethical and transcendental dimensions. Therefore, the integration of hadith tarbawi values is viewed as capable of strengthening humanistic educational practices oriented toward character development.

Abstract

The ability to write scientific papers is an essential competency for doctoral students, particularly in the preparation of journal articles and dissertations. Various challenges arise in problem formulation, methodological frameworks, reference management, and adherence to academic publication ethics. This Community Service Program aims to provide systematic mentoring in scientific writing for doctoral students at the Wahdah Islamiyah Foundation throughout South Sulawesi. Implementation methods include needs analysis, academic writing workshops, individual mentoring-based writing clinics, and manuscript evaluation using academic rubrics. Results show an improved understanding of article structure, citation techniques, argumentative consistency, and manuscript readiness for submission to accredited national journals. An internal academic community has been established, serving as a sustainable forum to strengthen research culture. Participants reported increased confidence in conducting research, organizing literature reviews, and constructing logical arguments. Overall, this program provides a replicable model to enhance doctoral students’ scientific writing skills, foster academic excellence, and produce high-quality, publishable research that contributes meaningfully to their respective fields.
