Abstract

The aim of this research was written by researchers to determine and analyze the implementation of Green Accounting at PT Cirebon Electric Power on the company's environmental performance and costs. This research was conducted because researchers wanted to analyze Green Accounting or environmental accounting at PT Cirebon Electric Power , whether the implementation of Green accounting was going well or not. Pollution that occurs due to the production process and waste produced by companies has caused the Indonesian government to plan to implement the Cirebon Steam Power Plant (PLTU) operational shutdown program sooner than initially planned. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews. The resource persons in this research were company employees from the environment division. The research results show that the implementation of Green Accounting at PT Cirebon Electric Power regarding environmental performance and costs has been implemented well. In implementing Green Accounting at PT Cirebon Electric Power, the performance rating obtained by the company is a green rating, which means that a company's environmental management performance assessment has achieved good environmental management performance. PT Cirebon Electric Power in implementing Green Accounting has 3 environmental costs , namely: prevention costs, planning costs and unexpected costs. These environmental costs do not have a direct impact on company profits, each year environmental costs are budgeted by each share holder for operational implementation and prevention of environmental impacts.

Abstract

The high rate of Indonesian people's appetite for snacks demands the production of snacks that comply with SNI, have good quality and are healthy. Tomatoes are one of the fruits that contain various nutrients and antioxidants that are needed by the body. Tomatoes can be processed into a variety of healthy and quality snack products including tomato dodol. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve community skills in processing dodol as a healthy snack made from tomatoes, while overcoming the problem of excessive tomato production in Lendang Nangka Village. The method used in this service is an action research approach combined with socialization of training in processing and packaging tomato dodol to the community in Lendang Nangka Village, Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency. The socialization and training of tomato dodol processing received enthusiasm and good attention from the women members of KWT and members of youth organizations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berbentuk Volunteering Project dilaksanakan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi (HMPS) Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris FKIP Universitas Mataram di yayasan Subulussalam Al-Khairiyah NW desa Serage. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan mitra di mana sebagian besar anak-anak usia sekolah di desa Serage mengalami masalah kurangnya kemampuan berbahasa Inggris. Kegiatan ini menerapkan metode pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang menyenangkan dengan media yang menarik yang dilakukan tidak hanya di dalam kelas namun juga di alam atau luar kelas. Kegiatan ini menerapkan 3 tahapan yakni persiapan, kegiatan inti dan evaluasi program. Evaluasi program, selain observasi dan hasil unjuk kerja siswa, juga melibatkan guru di mana mereka diminta pendapatnya terkait hasil pelaksanaan program. Kegiatan ini mendapat sambutan yang sangat baik dan antusiasme yang tinggi dari siswa dan guru (masyarakat). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan perbendaharaan kata dan minat serta motivasi dari siswa-siswi . Tidak hanya itu, sekolah merasa terbantu dari sisi administrasi pelaksanaan pendidikan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat terus dilanjutkan mengingat dampak-dampak positifnya terhadap masyarakat khususnya para siswa, guru, dan pihak sekolah/yayasan. ABSTRACT The Student Association of the English Education Study Program (HMPS) at the University of Mataram's Faculty of Teacher Training and Education recently carried out a community service in the form of Volunteering Project. The project was hosted at the Subulussalam Al-Khairiyah NW Foundation in Serage village. The goal was to address the language proficiency challenges faced by many school-age children in the Serage village. This community service employed an enjoyable English language learning approach, using engaging media both inside and outside the classroom settings. The project was organized into three phases: preparation, main activities, and evaluation. In addition to assessing students' performance, the evaluation included seeking input from teachers to gauge their perspectives on the program's outcomes. The project received a positive response and high enthusiasm from students, teachers, and parents. The outcomes revealed an enhancement in students' vocabulary, along with increased interest and motivation. Furthermore, the board of foundation found administrative support through this initiative. With these positive impacts in mind, it is anticipated that this community service effort will continue to benefit the community, especially students, teachers, and the foundation.
