Abstract

ABSTRAK Di Indonesia berdasarkan hasil Riskesdas 2018 menggambarkan anemia terjadi pada 48,9% ibu hamil. Upaya pemerintah dalam menurunkan angka kejadian anemia terdiri dari deteksi dini anemia melalui pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin yang dilaksanakan pada saat antenatal care dan pemberian suplemen Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD). Prevalensi anemia dalam kehamilan di Jawa Barat sendiri ditahun 2020 mengalami penurunan dibandingkan di tahun 2019 sebanyak 85,82% ibu hamil mengalami anemia dan di tahun 2020 sebanyak 53,24% ibu hamil mengalami anemia. Walaupun mengalami penurunan, namun angka prevalensi kejadian anemia pada kehamilan masih diatas ≥ 40% dan menurut WHO diklasifikasikan menjadi permasalahan kesehatan prioritas. Untuk melihat apakah ada Pengaruh Pemberian Fe dan Buah Bit Pada Ibu Hamil Untuk Mencegah Anemia Di Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Siti Zachroh. Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Eksperimen 2 grup. Uji statistic yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independent dengan variabel dependent adalah uji Chi Square (kai kuadrat). Distribusi frekuensi anemia pada ibu hamil untuk pemberian sebelum dan sesudah Fe dan Buah Bit Di Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Siti Zachroh Setu Provinsi Jawa Barat 2024 dapat dilihat bahwa nilai rata-rata Pre Test Fe sebesar 9,71  Post Tes sebesar 9,91. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata Pre Tes Fe sebesar 10,45 dan Buah Bit sebesar 11,61. Hasil analisis diperoleh p value (0,000) < α (0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh atau perbedaan nilai signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian Fe dan Fe dan Buah Bit. Ada pengaruh pemberian Fe, dan Fe dan Buah Bit pada ibu hamil untuk mencegah anemia. Kata Kunci: Anemia, Fe, Buah Bit  ABSTRACT Therefore, all parties involved in health services must be aware of anemia in pregnant women. In Indonesia, based on the 2018 Riskesdas results, anemia occurs in 48.9% of pregnant women. The government's efforts to reduce the incidence of anemia consist of early detection of anemia through checking hemoglobin levels carried out during antenatal care and providing Blood Additive Tablet (TTD) supplements. The prevalence of anemia in pregnancy in West Java itself in 2020 decreased compared to 2019, as many as 85,82% of pregnant women experienced anemia and in 2020 as many as 53,24% of pregnant women experienced anemia. Even though it has decreased, the prevalence rate of anemia in pregnancy is still above ≥ 40% and according to WHO is classified as a priority health problem. To see whether there is an effect of giving Fe and Beet to Pregnant Women to Prevent Anemia at the Siti Zachroh Inpatient Primary Clinic. Quantitative with a 2 group experimental approach. The statistical test used to test the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is the Chi Square test. Distribution of the frequency of anemia in pregnant women for administration before and after Fe and Beet at the Siti Zachroh Setu Pratama Inpatient Clinic, West Java Province 2024. It can be seen that the average value of Pre Test Fe is 9,1 Post Test is 9,91 . Meanwhile, the average pre-test value for Fe was 10,45 and for beets was 11,61. The results of the analysis obtained p value (0,000) < α (0,5) which means there is a significant influence or difference in value between before and after administration of Fe and Fe and Beet Fruit. There is an effect of giving Fe, and Fe and Beet Fruit to pregnant women to prevent anemia. Keywords: Anemia, Fe, Beetroot
