Abstract

The purpose of variable is studied by the author to find out how employee performance MR. DIY Bekasi City is influenced by organizational culture, work motivation, and organizational communication. This study uses a combination of survey methodology and correlational approach. The research sample of 100 employees was selected randomly. Information was obtained from questionnaire data. The results of the multiple regression analysis were carried out using SPSS. Classical assumption tests, such as multicollinearity and normality tests, were used in the data analysis procedure. such as normality and multicollinearity tests, were used in the data analysis procedure. The statistical tests are multiple regression, correlation coefficient test, and hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis test indicate a fairly large relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakam kajian hasil penelitian lapangan di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) negeri di Jakarta yaitu SMP Negeri 49 dan SMP Negeri 76 Jakarta. Manajemen sumber daya manusia di sekolah merupakan faktor penting dari proses penjaminan mutu sekolah. Dalam penelitian lapangan ini ditemukan implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia melalui berbagai fungsi operasional proses rekrutmen, program peningkatan kualitas pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, pemberian dan penempatan kerja, pemberian motivasi kerja, penilaian kinerja, pemberian kompensasi kerja, pengembangan karir, tingkat kepuasan kerja, dan mutasi tempat kerja. Dalam keseluruhan, manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik dalam konteks sekolah menengah pertama dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu sekolah secara keseluruhan dan meningkatkan pencapaian akademik siswa. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi sekolah untuk memperhatikan dan mengimplementasikan praktik-praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif guna mencapai tujuan penjaminan mutu pendidikan

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a lack of nutrition in the long term, resulting in impaired growth in children. Stunting is also one of the causes of stunted children's height, so that it is lower than children of their age. Indonesia is a country with a high stunting rate, according to WHO data, Indonesia's prevalence of stunting ranks third in the Southeast Asian region. The phenomenon of stunting has a considerable influence on the quality of human resources in Indonesia in the future. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method which can be useful for developing a deeper study of Management science that focuses on the realm of human resources (HR). With a demographic bonus, stunting is still one of the problems that must be resolved in order to build a golden generation in 2045. Conditions like this, and the high rate of stunting in Indonesia will present challenges for Human Resources Development (HRD) in recruiting new job candidates. To develop the ability of these prospective workers to be able to compete with others, one way is to conduct training for prospective workers who have these deficiencies to train their skills and knowledge.

Abstract

Education has an important role in efforts to improve human resources in a better direction. Education is very helpful and is expected to be able to form students who can develop attitudes, skills and intellectual intelligence so that they become human beings who are skilled, intelligent and have good morals. The professionalism of an educator can be seen from his mastery in the field of science he teaches. The teacher's technical ability and high moral commitment to his duties. The purpose of this study is to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the effort to implement human resource management in improving the quality of professionalism at SMP Negeri 51 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative method, namely research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts individually and in groups. The results of this study state that human resource development is an effort to increase teacher professionalism by conducting training, training, seminars, KKG, group studies between MGMP teachers, conducting supervision and class visits and conducting assessments. In addition, it also provides motivation aimed at broadening teacher insight, providing job opportunities for teachers to increase the spirit of discipline and teacher skills
