Abstract

Heart disease or cardiovascular disease is a condition that causes restriction and blockage of blood vessels, which is one of the most deadly diseases in all countries. Risk of disease Heart disease is an event that cannot be avoided due to lack of attention to heart health. implementing a healthy lifestyle and healthy diet. This requires a heart disease risk analysis. Explanation is one of the methods widely used to extract data to determine predictable decisions. based on previous data processed by translation algorithms.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Asysyifaa Leuwiliang merupakan sebuah institusi kesehatan yang beroperasi di bidang pelayanan medis. Dalam mendukung operasionalnya, staf IT secara berkala melakukan maintenance terhadap perangkat jaringan yang mengalami gangguan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem monitoring yang mampu memantau seluruh perangkat jaringan di lingkungan rumah sakit. Keberadaan sistem monitoring ini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas staf IT, karena mereka dapat memantau status up atau down dari setiap perangkat secara real-time. Dengan memanfaatkan kombinasi seperti Blackbox Exporter, Prometheus, Grafana, dan Alertmanager, kondisi perangkat jaringan dapat dipantau secara efektif. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mampu memberikan notifikasi otomatis melalui Telegram apabila terjadi perubahan status pada salah satu perangkat, baik ketika perangkat mati maupun kembali aktif.

Abstract

The Thematic Community Service Program (KKN Tematik) serves as a platform for applying appropriate technology to support local development planning. This community service activity implemented Augmented Reality (AR) as an interactive medium to visualize the 3D redesign of Masjid Ar-Rahman in Danau Kembar District, Solok Regency. A participatory action research (PAR) approach was applied to strengthen transparency and community engagement throughout the planning process. The workflow included on-site measurement and documentation, 2D drafting using AutoCAD, 3D modeling in SketchUp, realistic rendering and 360° panorama generation with Enscape, and WebAR/VR integration accessed via QR codes on smartphones. The AR visualization enabled residents and mosque stakeholders to understand spatial and architectural details more easily than conventional 2D drawings, facilitating feedback and shared understanding prior to implementation. Overall, AR-based visualization supported participatory planning for religious facilities and aligned with SDGs 4, 9, 11, 16, and 17 through digital literacy, innovation, inclusive community planning, transparent decision-making, and partnerships.
