<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the implementation of detainees' religious services at the Pontianak Immigration Detention Center is based on the Regulation of the Director General of Immigration Article 3 in Chapter V Number IMI.1917-OT.02.01 of 2013 concerning the Standard Operating Procedures of the Immigration Detention Center. Facilitating religious services is one of the religious services that must be implemented. Observations made by the Researcher at the Pontianak Immigration Detention Center show that detainees' religious services at the Pontianak Immigration Detention Center are not fully in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures of the Immigration Detention Center because there are no religious officers, minimal budget and lack of facilities to support detainees' religious services which result in detainees being unable to carry out religious services routinely. In this study, the Author used an Empirical method, with a Descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of detainees' religious services at the Pontianak Immigration Detention Center is not fully in accordance with the Regulation of the Director General of Immigration Article 3 in Chapter V Number IMI.1917-OT.02.01 of 2013 concerning the Standard Operating Procedures of the Immigration Detention Center. The factors that hinder the implementation of detainee worship services carried out by the Pontianak Immigration Detention Center in carrying out detainee worship services routinely are the lack of human resources or the absence of special officers to handle worship services at the Pontianak Immigration Detention Center and inadequate worship facilities and infrastructure. Keyword: Worship Service, Immigration Detention House ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelayanan ibadah deteni pada Rumah Detensi Imigrasi Pontianak berdasarkan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Imigrasi Pasal 3 pada bab V Nomor IMI.1917- OT.02.01 Tahun 2013 tentang Standar Operasional Prosedur Rumah Detensi Imigrasi. Memfasilitasi ibadah merupakan salah satu pelayanan ibadah yang harus dilaksanakan. Pengamatan yang dilakukan Peneliti pada Rumah Detensi Imigrasi Pontianak menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan ibadah deteni pada Rumah Detensi Imigrasi Pontianak belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur Rumah Detensi Imigrasi dikarenakan tidak terdapat petugas keagamaan, minimnya anggaran dan kurangnya fasilitas untuk menunjang pelayanan ibadah deteni yang mengakibatkan deteni tidak dapat melaksanakan ibadah secara rutin. Dalam penelitian ini Penulis menggunakan metode Empiris, dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan ibadah deteni pada Rumah Detensi Imigrasi Pontianak belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Imigrasi Pasal 3 pada bab V Nomor IMI.1917-OT.02.01 Tahun 2013 tentang Standar Operasional Prosedur Rumah Detensi Imigrasi. Adapun Faktor-faktor yang menghambat berjalannya pelaksanaan pelayanan ibadah deteni yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Detensi Imigrasi Pontianak dalam melaksanakan pelayanan ibadah deteni secara rutin adalah Kurangnya SDM atau tidak terdapatnya petugas khusus menangani pelayanan ibadah pada Rudenim Pontianak serta saran dan prasarana ibadah yang kurang memadai.
