<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out that the role-playing method is a special method that is suitable for Christian religious education lessons. This method provides an attraction for junior high school students to like Christian religious education lessons. The subjects of this research were junior high school students from class VII to class IX, aged 13-15 years. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The following are the features of the role-playing method in Christian religious education lessons for junior high school students, namely: increasing learning concentration and making it easier for them to understand the material, fun, practicing skills or psychomotor training for junior high school students, instilling a good identity, as a place to train emotions or emotional control. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa metode role-playing adalah metode yang istimewa, yang sesuai untuk pelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen. Metode ini memberikan daya tarik bagi siswa SMP untuk menyukai pelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMP dari kelas VII sampai kelas IX, meliputi rentang usia 13-15 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Keistimewaan metode role-playing pada pelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen bagi siswa SMP mencakup: meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar dan memudahkan mereka memahami materi, menyenangkan, melatih keterampilan atau melatih psikomotorik siswa SMP, menanamkan jati diri yang baik, sebagai wadah melatih emosi atau kontrol emosi. ]]>
