Abstract

Based on the number of invoices or order notes, Bengkel Sejahtera experienced a decrease in service intensity in 2021 compared to the service intensity in 2020 which was quite high. This is because the workshop had experienced changes in service and financial management so that it could affect the company's financial condition. Therefore, the Bengkel Sejahtera balance sheet has been prepared to analyze financial statements using the current ratio or liquidity ratio and common size analysis, so that an overview of the company's financial position can be obtained. The research method used is a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing the company manager. The results of the analysis show that Bengkel Sejahtera has generated declining cash in 2021 with a ratio of 1:10 cash in 2020. In addition, the number of liabilities held has not been able to be fulfilled with company assets/assets due to the large number of passive funds that continue to be left to settle without being disbursed for fulfill the company's obligations. The financial statement analysis of Bengkel Sejahtera can be used by managers for better financial management, in which the management can begin to concentrate on the company's debts or obligations and not allow passive funds to continue to settle.

Abstract

Pension funds are funds collected by the company as the rights of a retiree from the company. Pension funds are usually in the form of money that can be taken every month or taken all at once when someone enters retirement, and the amount of pension funds must be calculated carefully. This paper aims to be able to perform actuarial calculations on traditional credit units, and perform calculations on several methods of calculating the projected salary scale. The calculation results obtained total actuarial liabilities, and total normal costs for pension fund program participants, so that it can be used as an illustration for pension plan participants to estimate how much pension benefits will be received at retirement.

Abstract

Work Accident Insurance (JKK) is one of the programs of the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) for Employment. Insurance brokers need to make an initial estimate of the premium to determine the collective premium for JKK. Premium calculations can be done using the aggregate distribution method. The total loss of the insurance policy can be owned by the random variable of the aggregate distribution. In calculating the premium using the aggregate distribution, one of the principles that can be used is the standard deviation principle. Based on this principle, the amount of the premium can be calculated by the standard deviation of the aggregate distribution. This study uses the aggregate Poisson-Normal distribution to calculate the collective premium based on the seven benefits of the JKK BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bojongsoang program. The data used are the number of claim events and the number of claims from the seven benefit claims of JKK BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bojongsoang participants for the 2022 period. The principle used in calculating the collective premium with the aggregate distribution is the standard deviation principle. The results of the analysis show that the Poisson distribution is followed by claim frequency data and the Normal distribution is followed by the amount of the claim. This study shows that the amount of collective premium calculated tends to be greater than the amount of collective premium sourced from existing data of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bojongsoang company. It is expected for insurance brokers and insurance companies to consider this study.
