Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of differentiated learning models in the context of Christian Education, specifically in enhancing students' understanding of the Word of God. The background of this research is based on the challenges in accommodating diverse student learning styles and the need to create more inclusive and effective teaching methods. This research employs a literature review approach, examining various sources of literature related to differentiated learning and its application in religious education. Data were collected through document studies, articles, journals, and books relevant to the topic. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis to identify patterns and key themes emerging from the literature. The results of the study show that differentiated learning can enhance students' understanding of the Word of God, the development of Christian character, as well as students' motivation and engagement. However, challenges arise, including the increased workload for teachers, potential dependence on specific learning styles, and difficulties in measuring students' deep understanding. Therefore, a more balanced approach is needed, along with further research to address these challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of psychoanalytic, behaviorist, and humanistic theories in Christian Religious Education learning planning as a holistic and transformative approach. The main theoretical basis refers to Sigmund Freud (psychoanalysis), B.F. Skinner (behaviorism), and Abraham Maslow and Carl R. Rogers (humanistic), which are adapted in the context of Christian religious education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library study approach, which examines the literature on educational psychology, theology, and Christian religious education learning practices from various current scientific sources. The results show that psychoanalytic theory helps teachers understand students' inner dynamics and emotional conflicts, behaviorist theory emphasizes the formation of spiritual habits through positive reinforcement, while humanistic theory positions students as unique individuals who are active in the growth of faith. The integration of the three produces a Christian religious education learning model that touches on the cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions as a whole. Practical implications for Christian religious education teachers are the importance of developing reflective learning, consistent in the habituation of Christian values, and creating an empathetic and participatory learning space so that students experience real faith transformation. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi teori psikoanalisis, behaviorisme, dan humanistik dalam perencanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen sebagai pendekatan yang holistik dan transformatif. Landasan teori utama merujuk pada Sigmund Freud (psikoanalisis), B.F. Skinner (behaviorisme), serta Abraham Maslow dan Carl R. Rogers (humanistik), yang diadaptasi dalam konteks pendidikan iman Kristen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, yang menelaah literatur psikologi pendidikan, teologi, dan praktik pembelajaran Pendidikan agama kristen dari berbagai sumber ilmiah terkini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teori psikoanalisis membantu guru memahami dinamika batin dan konflik emosional siswa, teori behaviorisme menekankan pembentukan kebiasaan rohani melalui penguatan positif, sedangkan teori humanistik menempatkan siswa sebagai pribadi unik yang aktif dalam pertumbuhan iman. Integrasi ketiganya menghasilkan model pembelajaran pendidikan agama kristen yang menyentuh dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan spiritual secara utuh. Implikasi praktis bagi guru pendidikan agama kristen adalah pentingnya mengembangkan pembelajaran yang reflektif, konsisten dalam pembiasaan nilai-nilai Kristen, serta menciptakan ruang belajar yang empatik dan partisipatif agar siswa mengalami transformasi iman yang nyata.

Abstract

Abstract: Professional competence is an ability, teacher's skill in mastering learning which includes; designing, managing, implementing, and evaluating learning that is tailored based on competence, this research aims to describe in order to know and understand how important it is to develop the potential that exists within him. Teacher competence largely determines student success in the world of education, teacher professional activity is measured by the following points; the teacher masters the material he teaches, the teacher has mastered qualification standards and basic skills, the teacher is able to develop creative learning, the teacher knows how to do reflective activities and the teacher masters information technology to communicate. The title of this scientific work is Christian Religious Teacher Professional Competence for Learning in the Digital Age. The method used by researchers is the method of literature or literature, namely the data comes from books and journals. Based on the results of the research found by researchers, they found that learning was less effective because the teacher was less competent in teaching. A teacher is required to have competency in teaching and using technology. Abstrak: Kompetensi profesional adalah merupakan kemampuan, kecakapan guru dalam menguasai pembelajaran yang mencakup; merancang, mengelolah, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan berdasarkan kompetensi, maka peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan agar mengetahui dan memahami betapa pentingnya untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada dalam dirinya. Kompetensi guru sangat menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam dunia pendidikan, aktifitas profesional guru diukur dengan poin-poin sebagai berikut; guru manguasai materi yang diajarkannya, guru telah menguasai standar kualifikasi dan keterampilan dasar, guru mampu mengembangkan pembelajaran secara kreatif, guru mengetahui melakukan kegiatan reflektif dan guru menguasai teknologi informasi untuk berkomunikasi. Judul karya ilmiah ini adalah Kompetensi Profesional Guru Agama Kristen Untuk Pembelajaran Di Era Digital. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kepustakaan atau literatur yaitu datanya bersumber dari buku-buku dan jurnal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang ditemukan oleh peneliti, menemukan bahwa pembelajaran kurang efektif diakibatkan karena guru kurang cakap dalam mengajar. Seorang guru diharuskan untuk memiliki kompetensi dalam mengajar dan menggunakan teknologi.
