Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of otoritary leadership  and work discipline on employee performance at PT RPA Nusantara in Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative. The total of population is 126 the sample using saturated sampling, it was obtained as many as 66 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that otoritary  leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, this is evident from the results of the hypothesis test obtained t test > t table or 4.717> 1.668 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evident from the results of the hypothesis test obtained t test > t table or 12.539> 1.668 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Otoritary leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.438 + 0.058 X1 + 684 X2. The otoritary leadership and work discipline have simultaneously a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is can be seen from the results of the simultaneous test (F test) where the results of F test > F table 78.523> 3.24 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 based on the determination test, it is known that the R square value is 0.714. This shows that otoritary  leadership and work discipline contribute to employee performance by 71.4 while the remaining 28.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of occupational health safety and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Griya Sumber Mandiri Sawangan Depok. This research uses quantitative methods. The data was collected from 75 respondents by questionnaires and the varables are. Occupational health safety (X1) and physical work environment (X2), Employee Performance (Y). Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, hypothesis tests. The results of these research show that there is a significant influence between occupational health safety on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination value of 55.7%, hypothesis test t test > t table (9.574 > 1.993). The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination value of 66.1%, the results of the hypothesis test obtained t test > t table (11.942 > 1.993). Simultaneously, occupational health safety and physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with a Y regression of 6.437 + 0.313X1 + 0.553X2. The coefficient of determination value was 68.8%, while the remaining 31.2% was caused by other factors not researched by the author. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated f test > f table (79.510 > 2.730).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work training both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Gema Rorindo Anugerah with a sample of 50 employees. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis used in this study is data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and F test. The coefficient of determination X2 is 46.8% while the remaining 53.2% is caused by other variables not examined in this study. Leadership Style and Job Training simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 10.737 + 0.258 X1 + 0.499 X2. The results of testing the first hypothesis obtained a value of t count> t table or (5.127> 1.678). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the value of t count> t table or (6.493> 1.678) was obtained. Based on the results of the third hypothesis test, the F count value was obtained 23.273 > F table 3.195. This shows that simultaneously the variables of leadership style and work training have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Barka Karunia Utama Setu Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada CV. Barka Karunia Utama Setu Bekasi sebanyak 65 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel Jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji F simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada CV. Barka Karunia Utama Setu Bekasi, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai thitung 18,264 > ttabel 1,998 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada CV. Barka Karunia Utama Setu Bekasi, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai thitung 8,026 > ttabel 1,998 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Karyawan (Y) pada CV. Barka Karunia Utama Setu Bekasi, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari diperolehnya nilai Fhitung 215,908 > Ftabel 3,15 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Penelitian ini menegaskan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja, disiplin kerja dan Kinerja di CV. Barka Karunia Utama Setu Bekasi, yang berarti Ho3 ditolak Ha3 diterima

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Argo Boga Utama Cinangka Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling yaitu sebanyak 52 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 87,4% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (18,597 > 2,010). Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 71,5% dan uji hipotesis di peroleh (11,209 > 2,010). Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 3,782 + 0,707X1 + 0,200X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 88,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 11,2%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (194,256 > 3,187).
