Employees who have Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with fewer categories are employees who have a work period of less than 2 years with 100% presentation. The conclusion of this study is that employees who are more mature tend to have low OCB. Employees who have a low working period tend to have a low OCB. Abstract

The issue of nutrition, such as stunting, falls under Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) number 2, which aims to eliminate all forms of malnutrition. Stunting is a serious problem as it can impact cognitive abilities, unbalanced bodily functions, and result in an undesirable body posture. One of the causes of the increasing incidence of stunting, particularly in the Porong Sidoarjo Health Center, is the lack of community understanding about health, especially regarding stunting. The prevalence of stunting in Sidoarjo is 23.9%, and in the Porong Health Center's working area, it is 28%. The objective of this community service is to enhance the self-awareness of the community to address the condition of stunting in the Porong Sidoarjo Health Center. The target audience for this community service activity is mothers of infants and toddlers who are indicated as stunted in the Porong Sidoarjo Health Center's working area. The method of this activity involves counseling with presentations, practical exercises on reading high z-scores for height/weight and weight/age, Q&A sessions, and completing pretest and posttest questionnaires. The results of this community service activity indicate that the majority of participants have experienced an increase in knowledge, particularly regarding the characteristics and impacts of stunting, and have improved self-awareness regarding stunting in infants and toddlers.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the health problems that still poses a challenge in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. In Tulungagung Regency, the prevalence of stunting reached around 5.17% in 2025. Although the general stunting rate in Tulungagung has sharply decreased, there are still several villages in this area that report a relatively high stunting prevalence, reaching around 5% in Serut village. This achievement places Tulungagung as one of the regencies with a relatively high stunting rate in East Java. Dissemination to improve nutritional knowledge among pregnant mothers is an important step in preventing stunting. This study aims to prove that the dissemination of nutritional knowledge enhances nutritional knowledge for pregnant mothers in Serut Village, Boyolangu District, Tulungagung Regency. The activities used are the pre-post method using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to determine the significance of the increase in understanding among pregnant mothers. Data collection in this activity uses interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that dissemination improves nutritional knowledge for pregnant women, covering nutrition education, food assistance utilization programs, and the active role of health workers, proving that education plays an important role in increasing pregnant women's awareness of adequate nutrition fulfillment. Stakeholders need to pay attention to improving pregnant women's knowledge and access to nutritious food. It is hoped that increased nutritional knowledge can reduce the risk of stunting in children.
