Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Influence of Brand Image and Price on Room Occupancy Rate at Aryaduta Hotel Manado. The method used in this study is the Quantitative Method, with the Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique. Thepopulation in this study is Hotel Guests, with a sample of 60 Guests at Aryaduta Hotel Manado. The results of this study prove that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on the Room Occupancy Rate with a regression coefficient value of 0.376 and asignificance of 0.000. This shows that if the value of the Brand Image increases, the Room Occupancy Rate will also increase. Price has a significant positive effect on the Room Occupancy Rate with a regression coefficient value of 0.759 and a significance of 0.000.This shows that the better the price offered at the hotel, the higher the Room Occupancy Rate. Brand Image and Price have a significant influence on the Room Occupancy Rate with an F value of 388.375 and a significance of 0.000. This shows that the better theBrand Image and Price, the more the Room Occupancy Rate will also increase. The conclusion of this study is that Brand Image and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on the Room Occupancy Rate at Aryaduta Hotel Manado. The advice given is that Aryaduta Hotel Manado must provide quality service and the price offered is in accordance with the Quality and Image of the Hotel to increase the Room Occupancy Rate at Aryaduta Hotel Manado.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of service quality and facilities food and beverage service department on guest satisfaction at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. The research method used is the Quantitative Method, with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis techniques. The population in this study were hotel guests, with a sample of 30 guests at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. The research results prove that Service Quality and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Guest Satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 3,225 and a significance of 0.000. This shows that the higher the Employee Service Quality, the higher the Guest Satisfaction. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 8.738. This shows that the better the facilities available at the hotel, the better guest satisfaction will be. Quality of Service and Facilities has a significant influence on Guest Satisfaction with an F-value of 161.471 and a significance of 0.000. This shows that the better the quality of service and facilities, the more guest satisfaction will increase. The conclusion of this research is that the quality of service and facilities has a significant influence on guest satisfaction at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. Suggestions given by Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado, especially in the food and beverage service department, maintain or further improve the high quality of service regarding guest satisfaction that has been provided, and always updating facilities and adding staff to the food and beverage service department.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, marketing strategy, and facilities on guest satisfaction at Hotel Gran Puri Manado. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected from 30 hotel guests as respondents. Data were obtained through a structured questionnaire measuring guests’ perceptions of service quality, marketing strategy, and facilities in relation to their overall satisfaction. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that service quality, marketing strategy, and facilities have a significant effect on guest satisfaction at Hotel Gran Puri Manado. Among these variables, marketing strategy and facilities emerge as dominant factors influencing guest satisfaction. The findings of this study provide practical implications for hotel management, emphasizing that continuous improvement in service quality, effective marketing strategies, and adequate facilities is essential to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain competitiveness in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

The tourism industry is an important contributor to the global economy, generating revenue, employment opportunities, and infrastructure investment. The development of sustainable tourism is essential to preserve the environment and ensure social sustainability. This study aims to analyze and formulate development strategies for Batu Buaya Beach, a tourism destination located in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The research employed direct observation methods and interviews with the village head, local residents, beach managers, and tourists. The results indicate that the main strengths of Batu Buaya Beach include its natural beauty, unique rock formations, and relatively complete facilities. However, several weaknesses were identified, such as limited road access, suboptimal infrastructure management, and an unstable number of visitors. Opportunities for improvement include infrastructure development, ecotourism development, facility integration, and the utilization of existing facilities for ecotourism programs. The threats faced consist of competition with other tourist destinations, environmental degradation, and excessive dependence on investors. The proposed development strategies include prioritizing road access improvements, designing sustainable ecotourism programs, creating new attractions to stabilize visitor numbers, and developing unique ecotourism programs to increase tourist visits. This study concludes that Batu Buaya Beach has significant potential for tourism development.
