Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan tentang HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript kepada para pelajar tingkat menengah pertama (SMP), dalam hal ini kita melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertempat di SMP Negeri 1 Pagedangan. Pada era digital seperti saat ini, pemahaman tentang teknologi web sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan para generasi muda menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Kita melakukan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode pemaparan secara langsung, di mana kita berada di sekolah tersebut untuk memaparkan kepada siswa tentang dasar-dasar HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript, tujuan penggunaannya, serta mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode ini dipilih supaya ada interaksi secara langsung antara rekan-rekan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan para pelajar sehingga mereka dapat lebih mudah memahami materi yang kita sampaikan. Para pelajar yang terlibat dalam kegiatan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mereka sangat bersemangat untuk belajar dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dasar mereka tentang teknologi web. Pengenalan seperti ini diyakini bermanfaat untuk para siswa supaya mereka lebih mudah beradaptasi dan oportunis dalam menggunakan teknologi di kehidupan sehari-hari serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk pendidikan teknologi di masa depan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan mereka mempunyai wawasan dasar dalam dunia teknologi web yang akan terus berkembang pesat di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The research entitled ‘The Urgency of Categorising Kratom Plants into Class I Narcotics According to Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics’ with the formulation of the problem, namely the urgency of kratom plants for the Indonesian government so that they must be immediately categorised into class I and the efforts that must be taken for the Indonesian government in filling the legal vacuum due to kratom plants according to Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. The method used in this research is an empirical normative research method that refers to identifying the implementation of laws or rules in society, as well as in business entities with a benchmark from the law. This research uses the theoretical framework of Law Enforcement by Sudarto. The results of this thesis research are to analyse the urgency of the kratom plant for the Indonesian government based on its side effects and potential for abuse as a narcotic and to identify the prevention of the spread and abuse of the kratom plant as a narcotic by the Indonesian Government based on Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.

Abstract

This study aims to map and analyze the development of literature related to diversity management, organizational culture, leadership, and human resource management through a systematic literature review approach. The method used is content analysis of 12 selected scientific journals published between 2017 and 2024. The results of the study indicate that diversity management significantly contributes to improving employee performance, with inclusive leadership, training and development programs, and fair policies as the main supporting factors. Research on organizational culture indicates that organizational values, norms, and customs play an important role in shaping employee loyalty and commitment, although their influence on organizational performance varies depending on the situation and environment. Additionally, it was found that organizational communication factors have a greater influence on performance compared to organizational cultural factors. In terms of leadership, transformational leadership style has been proven to have a positive impact on employee job satisfaction and productivity. Based on this mapping, an integrated framework has been developed that can be used as a reference for further research and strategies for managing workforce diversity, particularly in the context of Indonesia, which has high social and cultural diversity. In general, these findings emphasize the importance of implementing a comprehensive approach to human resource management to achieve organizational effectiveness in a diverse work environment. Abstract

Managing talented employees is important to encourage companies to compete domestically and internationally. Likewise, knowledge can increase employees to be more productive so as to achieve maximum performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of Talent Management and Knowledge Management on the performance of employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Surabaya, which is engaged in airports. This research uses a quantitative approach that applies questionnaires and interviews as data collection techniques. The population studied amounted to 52 supervisors and the sampling method used a saturation sampling approach. The analysis technique applied in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this research indicate that Talent Management and Knowledge Management contribute positively to the performance of employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Surabaya.
