Abstract

TB Nur Barokah, as one of the main entities in the manufacturing sector, faces significant challenges in the form of high distribution costs due to inefficiencies in supply chain management. This study aims to develop a distribution optimization strategy through the application of transportation methods based on operations research. Approaches used include the North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost (LC), and Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM) to produce an efficient initial solution. Furthermore, the Stepping Stone and MODI methods are applied to ensure that an optimal solution is achieved. The results revealed that the systematic application of transportation methods was able to reduce distribution costs by 30%, increase delivery time efficiency by 20%, and contribute to increased customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Zakat knowledge, income, trust, and service quality on the interest of State Civil Servants (ASN) to pay professional zakat through Baznas Demak Regency in 2021. The type of research used in this study is field research using a quantitative research approach. The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire which was distributed to ASNs in the Demak Regency. Samples were taken as many as 100 with the purposive sampling technique. The data obtained then processed using the IMB SPSS 19 tool. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, Ftest test, T-test test, and determinant coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of the T-test test, it shows that the variables of Zakat knowledge, income, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the interest of ASN to pay professional Zakat through Baznas Demak Regency. On the other hand, the trust variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the interest of ASN to pay professional Zakat through Baznas in Demak Regency. The results of the F-test test show that the variables of  Zakat knowledge, income, trust, and service quality together affect the interest of ASN to pay professional Zakat through Baznas in Demak Regency.

Abstract

Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) cultivation is a rapidly growing agribusiness sector in Indonesia. One important stage is inoculation, namely planting seeds into the growing medium. Commonly used manual methods have weaknesses such as uneven seed distribution and a high risk of contamination. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the injection inoculation method compared to the manual method at CV. Budidaya Jamur Sejati. The research methods include observation, field practice, interviews, and documentation during street vendor activities. The parameters observed include the speed of mycelium colonization, inoculation success rate, number of fruiting bodies, and harvest weight. The results showed that the injection method was superior with a faster colonization time (12–14 days), a success rate reaching 95%, and an increase in the number of fruiting bodies and an average harvest weight of 350–400 grams per baglog. Thus, the injection method is considered more effective and efficient, and has the potential to increase the productivity and quality of oyster mushroom cultivation results.
