Abstract

This research will discuss the role of risk management in decision making by entertainment brand owner in Live House Indonesia. The approach used this study is qualitative approach. The analysis in this research uses the stages of the ISO 31000 Risk Management process. This analysis begins with risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk assessment, and risk control. The data sources for this research were obtained through in-depth interview with three informants. The result of this research is that by integrating or aligning risk management into every operational activity of entertainment live house in Indonesia entertainment brand owners are able to identify potential risks more quickly, evaluate risk faster, and make decisions more promptly. Furthermore, risk management plays a crucial role in decision-making for entertainment brand owner. By integrating risk management into every operational activity, entertainment brand owner can make wiser decisions.

Abstract

This training or socialization aims to provide understanding about insurance among Generation Z. It is expected that through the establishment of this insurance literacy association, Generation Z will become more educated and gain a better understanding of the importance of insurance for their generation.The participants of the socialization activity gained a clearer understanding of the basic concepts, definitions, and meanings of insurance. This initiative is intended to build awareness about what insurance is, especially for the younger generation (Gen Z) at Dewi Sartika Senior High School.During the session, participants were introduced to various types of insurance in general, helping them recognize different types of insurance and understand their distinctions.Through this insurance literacy socialization, participants acquired the knowledge and awareness that insurance is an important tool for young people (Gen Z), helping them become more “literate” and concerned about insurance matters.
