This article describes the development steps of interactive learning media based on android for Arabic language instruction. The research approach employs both qualitative and quantitative methods. The development steps for the learning media follow the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The software used includes Microsoft PowerPoint, Ispring Suite 10, and Web2Apk Builder. The research findings indicate that the Android-based interactive learning media offers flexible learning opportunities, can be accessed without an internet connection, and enhances students' interest in learning Arabic. The trial conducted with 10th-grade students at Madrasah Aliyah yielded a score of 92%, falling within the range of 80-100%, which is categorized as "very feasible." The Aqfee application has been shown to have a positive impact on Arabic language learning in schools.Keywords: android; fi’il (verbs); intstructional media; research developmentABSTRAKArtikel ini mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis software dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Langkah-langkah pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Software yang digunakan yaitu Microsoft Microsoft Power Point, Ispring Suite 10 dan Web2Apk Builder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android diantaranya mampu menyajikan kesempatan belajar secara fleksibel, dapat diakses tanpa menggunakan internet, dan mampu meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar Bahasa Arab. Adapun dari hasil ujicoba kepada siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah memperoleh skor 92% dan masuk dalam rentang 80-100% yang termasuk dalam kategori "sangat layak".
