Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode latihan Ladder Drill dan Dribbling untuk meningkatkan kecepatan lari pemain SSB Spartan Union Kabawetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian mengambil sampel sebanyak 30 pemain, serta menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan pada hasil uji t bisa dipandang bahwa t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel 6,680 > 1,796 dan nilai signifikan p sebesar (0,000 < 0.05) untuk ladder drill sedangkan bahwa t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel 6,803 > 1.796 dan nilai signifikan p sebesar (0,000 < 0.05) pada dribbling, hasil ini memastikan bahwa terletak perbedaan yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test kecepatan metode latihan ladder drill dan dribbling. Dari data pretest ladder drill terletak rata – rata 3,6 detik dan ketika post-test rata-rata 3,2 detik. Dari data pretest dribbling terletak rata – rata 3,6 detik dan ketika post-test rata-rata 3,4 detik. Dengan begitu menunjukkan latihan ladder drill dan dribbling mampu meningkatkan kecepatan lari pada SSB Spartan Union Kabawetan Abstract The aim of this research was to determine the effect of using the Ladder Drill and Dribbling training method to increase the running speed of SSB Spartan Union Kabawetan players. This research uses quantitative methods. The research took a sample of 30 players, and used purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the t-test it can be seen that the t-count is greater than the t-table 6.680 > 1.796 and a significant value of p equal to (0.000 < 0.05) for ladder drill while that the t-count is greater than the t-table 6.803 > 1.796 and a significant value of p equal to (0.000 < 0.05) on dribbling, these results ensure that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test speed of the ladder drill and dribbling training method. From the data of the ladder drill pretest lies an average of 3.6 seconds and when the post-test averages 3.2 seconds. From the pretest data dribbling lies an average of 3.6 seconds and when the post-test averages 3.4 seconds. It also shows that ladder drill and dribbling exercises can increase running speed at SSB Spartan Union Kabawetan.
