Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has resulted in significant differences in information management behavior between Generation Z and Millennials. This study aims to analyze the comparative behavior of these two generations in managing information in the digital age. The methodology employed is a literature review, analyzing various relevant journals regarding technology usage and information management behavior. The findings reveal that Generation Z adapts more quickly to new technologies and prefers fast and interactive formats for information, whereas Millennials tend to be more cautious and favor more traditional sources of information. Understanding these differences is crucial for organizations to develop effective communication and collaboration strategies. This research also opens avenues for further studies on other factors influencing information management behavior among both generations
