Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan membaca teks eksposisi siswa SLTA. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil 2021/2022. Populasi adalah para siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bungaraya, Kabupaten Siak, Provinsi Riau. Populasi berjumlah 142; terbagi dari 5 kelas paralel. Sampel ditetapkan 105 dari 142 populasi yang ditarik secara random. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes kemampuan membaca teks eksposisi. Tes berbentuk pilihan ganda 4 opsi yang dilaksanakan via google form. Instrumen tes teks eksposisi dibuat dalam dua bahasa, bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Tes memenuhi syarat validitas isi. Data dianalisis menggunakan prosedur statistik inferensial yakni uji satu t sampel dan uji ANOVA searah melalui fasilitas SPSS. Kemampuan membaca teks eksposisi versi bahasa Indonesia bagi siswa kelas X berkategori rendah; nilai uji t satu sampel 1,874 memiliki sig. = 0,064. Nilai ini lebih besar dari nilai alfa 0,05. Karenanya, hipotesis pertama diterima. Kemampuan membaca teks eksposisi versi bahasa Inggris berkategori rendah; nilai uji t satu sampel -5,701 memiliki sig. = 0,000. Nilai ini kecil dari nilai alfa 0,05. Karenanya, hipotesis kedua ditolak. Kemampuan membaca teks eksposisi versi bahasa Indonesia bagi siswa kelas X berkategori sama menurut perbedaan kelompok sampel; nilai uji F sebesar 0,357 memiliki sig. = 0,839. Nilai ini besar dari nilai alfa 0,05. Karenanya, hipotesis ketiga diterima. Hal yang sama juga terjadi untuk teks eksposisi versi bahasa Inggris; nilai uji F = 0,460 memiliki sig. = 0,765. Nilai ini lebih besar dari nilai alfa 0,05. Karenanya, hipotesis keempat diterima.

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of the principles of simple, swift, and low-cost justice in the current development of law is influenced by digitalization, therefore the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia issued legal regulation PERMA Number 7 of 2022. In implementing the technical guidelines of PERMA 7 of 2022, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia issued Circular Letter No. 1 of 2023 concerning Procedures for Summons and Notifications via Registered Mail, which was then realized in a Cooperation Agreement on the Delivery of Registered Letters between the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) as a serious and focused commitment to realizing an electronic, modern, efficient, and fast court system. The purpose of this study is to determine how the principles of simple, fast, and low-cost justice are implemented in the jurisdiction of the Pekanbaru Religious High Court, and what are the obstacles to summons/notification by registered mail in the settlement of cases under the jurisdiction of the Pekanbaru Religious High Court. This research method is through digital literature study, while the data used in this research is primary data obtained directly from the source, namely the Letter of the Director General of the Religious Court Agency Number: 3867/DJA/TI1.1.1/XII/2024, the Performance of the Badilag Work Unit, and the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP).
