Abstract

This research aims to optimize the implementation of Quran-based learning methods to enhance the quality of Islamic education. The research methodology includes literature study, where the researcher relies on various literature to obtain research data and employs a qualitative approach since the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. The main focus of this study is to examine Quranic learning methods in schools that are structured and designed using verses from the Quran as the primary foundation for delivering learning materials. Several findings regarding the Quranic learning methods used by teachers in the classroom include the amtsal method, lecture method, and discussion method. Additionally, verses from the Quran are used as a source of inspiration in developing relevant methods, strategies, and learning media related to the material being taught. More importantly, the application of values contained in the Quran, such as honesty, justice, patience, and others, in the learning process, both directly and integrated into the learning material, is emphasized. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Quran-based learning methods can improve the quality of students' learning. Setting clear memorization targets, conducting muroja’ah (revision), and using interactive learning techniques, such as discussions, have proven effective in strengthening students' memorization. Overall, this research underscores the importance of adapting Quran-based learning methods to meet students' needs, thereby enhancing the overall quality of Islamic education.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are often referred to as Islamic educational institutions and at the same time are community service institutions that are considered unique and different from other educational institutions. The history of the growth and development of Islamic boarding schools shows that it has a strong base in the Muslim community. This is because pesantren is an indeginous  institution of the archipelago that is firmly rooted in the society that surrounds it. In the second half of the 20th century, pesantren experienced development, this was because the learning system began to develop into a school or madrasah system, without leaving the conventional system, namely the sorogan and bandongan systems. In the early stages, pesantren prepares its students as Islamic religious teachers or as informal leaders (kyai). In the world of Islamic boarding schools, the term "Five Souls" of Islamic Boarding Schools and the Five Basic Elements of a Islamic Boarding School is famous. Abstract

Prayer is an obligatory act of worship for Muslims which is a pillar of religion and one of the second pillars of Islam, which is carried out five times a day. One of the important movements in prayer is takbir, which is done at the beginning of worship. There are differences in the practice of takbir movements between the four major schools of thought, namely Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi'i, and Hanbali. The Syafi'i School recommends the position of the hands above the navel below the chest, while the Maliki School believes that the hands should be straightened (irsal), without the need to cross your arms. The Hanafi and Hanbali schools agree that the hands should be crossed with a position below the navel. This research aims to analyze the differences in takbir movements in prayer according to the four schools of thought. The method used in this research is library research with a qualitative approach, which analyzes literature related to fiqh and hadith from each school of thought. The research results show that differences in the takbir movement are rooted in differences in interpretation of existing hadiths. In conclusion, even though there are differences in practice, all of these views are valid and acceptable within the framework of Islamic teachings, so that Muslims can choose to follow the school of thought they believe in.

Abstract

Tantangan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan telah mendorong pergeseran global menuju model tata kelola yang terdesentralisasi dan fokus baru pada efektivitas pendidik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan menganalisis secara kuantitatif pengaruh implementasi Manajemen berbasis sekolah Islam dan Kompetensi Pedagogis (PC) guru terhadap Kualitas Pendidikan (QoE). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam konteks spesifik SMA IT BAITUL ILMI di Bekasi, Indonesia, sebuah lingkungan di mana kebijakan desentralisasi nasional beririsan dengan realitas praktik sekolah sehari-hari. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif-korelasi kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf, menggunakan instrumen survei yang telah divalidasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan tingkat persepsi yang tinggi terhadap implementasi Manajemen berbasis sekolah Islam (M=4,15, SD=0,58), PC (M=4,25, SD=0,62), dan QoE (M=4,20, SD=0,60). Analisis regresi berganda mengungkapkan bahwa model tersebut signifikan secara statistik (F(2,97)=91,34, p<.001), menjelaskan 64,5% varians dalam QoE (R2=.653, Adjusted R2=.645). Kedua variabel independen merupakan prediktor positif yang signifikan terhadap QoE. Namun, Kompetensi Pedagogis muncul sebagai prediktor yang lebih kuat (β=0,572, p<.001) dibandingkan dengan Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Islam (β=0,315, p<.001). Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun reformasi struktural seperti Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Islam bermanfaat, kapasitas profesional guru merupakan penentu kualitas pendidikan yang lebih kuat. Hal ini menggarisbawahi sinergi kritis yang dibutuhkan antara pemberian otonomi kepada sekolah dan investasi simultan pada modal manusia yang diperlukan untuk memanfaatkan otonomi tersebut secara efektif, menawarkan perspektif yang lebih bernuansa tentang alasan terbatasnya keberhasilan reformasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Islam dalam konteks seperti Indonesia.
