<![CDATA[AbstractThis study has a background which shows indications concerning the lack of seriousness of the public body to comply with UU KIP and this may occur because of the factors influenced such as communication, resources, attitudes and bureaucratic structures owned by public bodies as policy implementers. Therefore, this study aims to identify and explain the influence of the factors such as communication, resources, attitudes and bureaucratic structures to the successful of the UU KIPimplementation. This study used a descriptive design, and the data used in the form of feedback from the UU KIP implementers. Data taken using a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that the structure of bureaucracy provides the greatest influence on the level of success of the implementation of the UU KIP compared with the influence of communication, resources and attitudes.  Keywords: analysis of policy implementation, public information disclosure, communication  AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki latar belakang bahwa terdapat indikasi minimnya keseriusan badan publik untuk mentaati UU KIP dan hal ini mungkin terjadi karena dipengaruhi faktor âfaktor komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap dan struktur birokrasi yang dimiliki badan publik sebagai pelaksana kebijakan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap dan struktur birokrasi terhadap keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan UU KIP. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif , data yang digunakan berupa tanggapan dari pelaksana implementasi UU KIP. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode statistik deskriptif serta analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Struktur Birokrasi memberikan pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap tingkat keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan UU KIP dibandingkan dengan pengaruh komunikasi, sumber daya dan sikap. Kata kunci: analisis implementasi kebijakan, keterbukaan informasi publik, komunikasi]]>
