Abstract

Throughout the undulating course of history, literature has remained a steadfast companion to the pursuit of language instruction, defying the ebb and flow of its prominence. Presently, it is experiencing an extraordinary renaissance, and to effectively reintegrate it within language classrooms and ignite learners' enthusiasm, digital technologies have emerged as an invaluable ally. The purpose of this article is to embark on an exploration of the multifaceted role of literature within diverse language teaching methodologies while delving into the intricate interplay between literature didactics and the realm of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). We endeavor to elucidate the notion that digital technology, when wielded as a pedagogical instrument, serves as a veritable fount of innovation in the domain of language and culture instruction, holding immense potential to invigorate learners' motivation.

Abstract

In recent years, due to the rapid development of information and communication technologies, online education has grown exponentially, opening up new perspectives in the field of education, but it faces many challenges related to learner engagement, retention and quality of learning. E-learning has become a widely adopted learning method worldwide. In this context, innovative pedagogical methods play an essential role, offering teaching methods adapted to the needs of today's learners. This study focuses on innovative pedagogical methods in the context of online education. In this study, we explore several innovative pedagogical methods using digital technologies (gamification, microlearning, personalization, machine learning, virtual reality integration, etc.). We explore how these approaches are implemented, their benefits and how they can overcome traditional barriers to online teaching. Our findings highlight the benefits of these approaches in terms of learner engagement, enhancing the overall learner experience.

Abstract

Based on a corpus of 127 scientific papers indexed in the Scopus database between 2020 and 2024, this article gives a focused bibliometric analysis on the incorporation of the STEM method in physical science education. The major goal is to present a thorough and organized summary of the scientific development in this area, which is still understudied despite its strategic significance in modern educational systems. Using a strict quantitative approach based on the PRISMA protocol, this study finds the most important publications, the most prestigious journals, the top authors and organizations, and the most popular keywords. According to the data, scientific production has significantly increased since 2023, with contributions from nations like the US, Turkey, and Mexico accounting for a large portion of this growth. The social sciences, engineering, and educational technology make up the majority of the disciplines concerned. This study's unique emphasis on the physical sciences a field that is frequently underrepresented in more general STEM analyses adds value. It improves comprehension of research dynamics, reveals unexplored regions, and suggests strategic directions for future research, teacher preparation, and the creation of evidence-based educational policy by offering an accurate and current mapping of the domain.
