Abstract

Cuko adalah kuah atau saus cair yang disajikan pada saat menyantap pempek. Tujuan penelian ini untuk melihat pengaruh tepung pati jagung terhadap organoleptik saus cuko pempek dan formulasi terbaik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Non Faktorial dengan enam perlakuan yaitu T1 (tepung pati jagung 0,5%), T2 (tepung pati jagung 1%), T3 (tepung pati jagung 1,5%), T4 (tepung pati jagung 2%), T5 (tepung pati jagung 2,5%) dan T6 (tepung pati jagung 3%) diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Uji Organoleptik menggunakan uji hedonik, uji lanjut friedman dan uji conover. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung pati jagung terhadap warna, aroma dan rasa pada saus cuko pempek berbeda tidak nyata, tetapi terhadap kekentalan berbeda sangat nyata. Rerata nilai warna tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T2 (3,84) dan rerata nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakuan T4 (3,60). Rerata nilai aroma tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T1 (3,92) dan rerata nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakuan T6 (3,68). Rerata nilai rasa tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T2  (3,98) dan rerata nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakuan T6 (3,56). Rerata nilai kekentalan tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T2 (3,56) dan rerata nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakuan T6 (2,27). Masing masing nilai tertinggi memiliki kriteria agak disukai

Abstract

Cuko pempek adalah kuah atau saus cair yang disajikan untuk melengkapi santapan pempek. penelian ini bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui karakteristik fisiko kimia saus kental cuko pempek dengan penambahan tepung pati jagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Non Faktorial dengan enam perlakuan yaitu T1 (tepung pati jagung 0,5%), T2 (tepung pati jagung 1%), T3 (tepung pati jagung 1,5%), T4 (tepung pati jagung 2%), T5 (tepung pati jagung 2,5%) dan T6 (tepung pati jagung 3%) diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Parameter yang diamati yaitu viskositas dan kadar air saus cuko pempek yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung pati jagung berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap viskositas dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air saus cuko pempek. Nilai viskositas tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T6 dengan nilai rata-rata 4065 mPa.s dan nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakan T1 dengan nilai rata-rata 1032 mPa.s. Kadar air tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T1 dengan nilai rata-rata 63,889% dan nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakuan T6 dengan nilai rata-rata 58,041%.

Abstract

As the number of vehicles in Indonesia increases, the need for battery monitoring systems becomes more crucial. This study develops a battery performance monitoring system for motorcycles integrated with a mobile application based on Mit app inventor. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller along with voltage, current (INA219), and temperature (DS18B20) sensors to read battery parameters in real-time. The State of Charge (SoC) is calculated using a modified coulomb counting algorithm. An active protection feature using a relay is included to prevent overcharging, overcurrent, and short circuits. Test results show that under normal conditions, battery voltage ranges from 10.5V to 12.37V with an average load current of 233.4 mA. During a 30-minute charging process, the SoC increased by 10% with an average charging voltage of 14.97V. Data is displayed in real-time via an LCD and the mobile application, enabling users to efficiently monitor battery status and take preventive actions. This system enhances the reliability and safety of battery usage in motorcycles.

Abstract

Nutrition is one of the determining factors of human resource quality. The role of nutrition has been proven by various studies. Nutritional disorders in early human life will affect the qualityof life later. One of the programs initiated by the government is the Provision of Additional Food(PMT). To provide education on providing additional food to mothers of toddlers regarding thenutritional status of toddlers. This type of research is a pre-experimental design with a One GroupPretest-Postest Design. The population in this study was 30 mothers of toddlers. The samplingtechnique used purposive sampling. The time of the study was July 15 - August 19, 2024. Dataanalysis used the Paired t test. The results of the data analysis obtained a t value of 0.002 and aprobability of 0.000 (smaller than alpha 0.05). The level of knowledge of respondents after beinggiven PMT counseling was 70.9% from 63.8% before being given education. So, there is aninfluence of PMT education on the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about PMT. SuggestionThe results of the study can be used as a source of knowledge and strategies for mothers oftoddlers in providing midwifery care to families and toddlers.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of malnutrition that occurs when a child's growth and development is disrupted due to chronic malnutrition, frequent infections, and/or inadequate psychosocial stimulation. This results in children being shorter than expected for their age, with long-term consequences for their physical and cognitive development, as well as their future health and economic prospects. Maternal knowledge about stunting is considered very important in the prevention and control of stunting in children. One of the influencing factors is maternal knowledge about stunting, so efforts need to be made to increase maternal knowledge through health promotion media. This Literature Review aims to collect and evaluate the latest literature related to the effectiveness of health promotion media on the level of maternal knowledge about stunting. The literature study was conducted using three scientific publication search engines, namely Pubmed and Google Scholar. From the search results, 13 articles were selected published between 201 9-2023 and can be accessed for free that health promotion media are considered to have good effectiveness in increasing maternal knowledge about stunting, media that can be used in providing health promotion about stunting are Leaflets, Booklets, Brochures, cards and Video while video media is considered more effective than other media in increasing maternal knowledge about stunting.
