Abstract

This study examines the influence of talent management and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, with job placement as a moderation variable. Data was collected from 150 employees through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data were analyzed using moderation regression to evaluate the role of job placement in moderating the relationship between talent management, job satisfaction, and employee performance. These findings reveal that job placement significantly strengthens the effects of talent management and job satisfaction on performance improvement.
