<![CDATA[Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis proses penyelesaian tindak pidana kekerasan dengan melalui Upacara Bakar Batu di Nabire Papua dan kekuatan hukum penyelesaiannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif, dan empiris. Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Nabire Provinsi Papua Tengah. Teknik Penelitian melalui wawancara, dan angket. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses penyelesaian tindak pidana dengan Upacara Bakar Batu yang dilakukan di Nabire Papua melalui proses mediasi tersebut dan terjadi setelah proses mediasi selesai mereka menyepakati suatu perjanjian dengan membayar sebuah denda dan dibayarkan pada saat Proses Upacara Bakar Batu dilakukan, dan Upacara Bakar Batu di Nabire mempunyai hukum dimana dalam Upacara Bakar Batu tersebut ada suatu perjanjian dan penerapan aturan adat yang sudah ditentukan This research is to analyze the process of resolving violent criminal acts through the Stone Burning Ceremony in Nabire Papua and the legal strength of the resolution.
