Abstract

State financial management is an important aspect in realizing good governance, including revenue, expenditure, debt management, and state assets. Transparency and accountability are the main pillars to ensure that state finances are managed effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with the principles of public accountability. The increasing demands of the community for openness and responsibility in state financial management reflect the importance of reform in the budget management system. However, the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability often faces challenges, such as limited technology, human resource capacity, and organizational culture that is not yet fully supportive.

Abstract

Training and development of human resources (HR) is an important aspect in improving organizational capability. Organizational capacity is the power of an institution to achieve strategic goals through the proper utilization of available resources. This research aims to examine the extent to which HR training and development affect organizational capacity building. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach, studying various relevant previous studies. The results of the analysis show that HR training and development make a significant positive contribution to organizational capacity building in both the public and private sectors. The findings highlight the importance of continuous investment in training and development programs to improve organizational competitiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital leadership terhadap kinerja organisasi di era transformasi digital. Transformasi digital menuntut organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan teknologi, yang menuntut peran pemimpin digital sebagai agen perubahan strategis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, melibatkan responden dari berbagai organisasi yang tengah menjalani proses transformasi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Pemimpin digital mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan, mendorong inovasi, serta memperkuat kolaborasi antar tim melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Selain itu, kepemimpinan digital juga berkontribusi dalam membangun budaya organisasi yang adaptif terhadap perubahan dan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi digital bagi para pemimpin sebagai strategi utama untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi di era digital. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi untuk mengintegrasikan pelatihan kepemimpinan digital serta perencanaan transformasi digital yang sistematis.
