Abstract

Among the industries that have detrimental effects on the environment is the sugarcane sector. Consequently, it is possible to draw the conclusion that the sugarcane sector is not environmentally sustainable. According to the study's findings, the primary cause of all damage categories is the usage of power produced through bagasse cogeneration. With a total score of 71,2%, human health makes the largest contribution to the harm categories. It is anticipated that this research's findings will lessen PT X's environmental effect, making the company more environmentally sustainable.

Abstract

CV Panadia Laboratory merupakan industri yang bergerak pada bidang kimia di Kota Malang. Pemasaran dalam teknologi kini semakin berkembang dengan pesat. Namun dalam pemasaran untuk CV Panadia Laboratory masih terbilang kurang. Sehingga perusahaan ini mengalami omset penjualan yang tidak sigifikan dalam bulan ke bulan. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan identifikasi STP dan identifikasi atribut faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Identifikasi atribut faktor internal menggunakan analisis bauran pemasaran sedangkan atribut faktor eksternal menggunakan Porter’s Five Forces Model dan PEST. Berdasarkan Matriks IFE dan EFE, terdapat 43 faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi CV Panadia Laboratory, dengan 22 kondisi internal dan 21 kondisi eksternal. Nilai yang didapatkan pada matriks IFE yaitu 2,8351 dan untuk matriks EFE yaitu 3,3623. Kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan Matriks SWOT dan didapatkan 9 strategi alternatif. Terakhir dengan menggunakan QSPM didapatkan prioritas strategi tertinggi dengan STAS sebesar 6,429 yaitu pemilik melakukan pengawasan secara berkala terhadap kualitas produk dan kinerja karyawan.
