Abstract

Beurally Zabmatic Sanloc, which was established on February 28, 2007, is engaged in the development and production of mineral water filling machines. This study aims to analyze the effect of Self Awareness, Work-Life Balance, and Self Efficacy on Employee Engagement in the company. Using a quantitative approach with 54 employees as respondents, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Self Awareness, Work-Life Balance, and Self Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. High self-awareness, good work-life balance, and high self-confidence can increase employee engagement. These findings are important for human resource management to create a productive and satisfying work environment, as well as increase employee loyalty, productivity, and performance at CV. Beurally Zabmatic Sanloc. Beurally Zabmatic Sanloc, yang didirikan pada 28 Februari 2007, bergerak di bidang pengembangan dan produksi mesin pengisian air mineral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Self Awareness, Work-Life Balance, dan Self Efficacy terhadap Employee Engagement di perusahaan tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 54 karyawan sebagai responden, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self Awareness, Work-Life Balance, dan Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement. Kesadaran diri yang tinggi, keseimbangan kerja-hidup yang baik, serta keyakinan diri yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan. Temuan ini penting bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan memuaskan, serta meningkatkan loyalitas, produktivitas, dan kinerja karyawan di CV.
