Abstract

Researchers used the object in this study on consumers of the Mediterranean Lagoon Residences Apartment, to determine the effect between service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction of the Mediterranean Lagoon Residences Apartment. In this study using a quantitative description approach method, with a known population of 274 of the total number of existing units, namely 340 units. In this study, researchers applied sample random sampling to determine the number of samples and researchers used a calculation method to determine the sample using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 91 consumers who lived in the Mediterranean Lagoon Residences Apartment. Based on the results of the T test, it obtained a significant value for the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction with a value of 2.441 < 1.986 in the T test results on the facility variable obtained a value of 0.000 < 0.05 then it can be concluded that the facility variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the F (Simultaneous) test, a significant value is obtained or the service quality and facility variables simultaneously affect the customer satisfaction variable with a value obtained of 15.884> 3.10 or with a value of 0.000 <0.05, with it can be concluded in the T (Simultaneous) test it can be concluded that the service quality and facility variables have a simultaneous influence on the customer satisfaction variable. Peneliti menggunakan objek penelitian ini pada konsumen Apartemen Mediterania Lagoon Residences, untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen Apartemen Mediterania Lagoon Residences. Pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan deskripsi kuantitatif, dengan jumlah populasi yang diketahui sebanyak 274 dari total jumlah unit yang ada yaitu 340 unit. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menerapkan sample random sampling guna menentukan jumlah sampel dan peneliti menggunakan metode perhitungan untuk menentukan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan hasil yang diperoleh sebanyak 91 orang konsumen yang tinggal di Apartemen mediterania Lagoon Residences. Berdasarkan hasil uji T memperoleh nilai yang signifikan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai sebesar 2,441 < 1,986, pada hasil uji T pada variabel fasilitas memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada variabel fasilitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan pada uji F (Simultan) diperoleh nilai signifikan atau pada variabel kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai yang diperolah sebesar 15,884 > 3,10 atau dengan nilai sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan pada uji T (Simultan), variabel kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

this study aims to determine the use of the Rumah Budaya Museum in Banda Naira as a source of learning about history. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included history teachers, students, and Rumah Budaya Museum managers. The results of the study show that: (1) the role of the history teacher in utilizing the Rumah Budaya Museum as a source of history learning is to plan, implement, and evaluate history lessons by referring to competency standards and essential competencies that are appropriate to regional history material; (2) students' learning motivation when visiting the Rumah Budaya Museum is high because they can directly see, touch, and study historical objects in the museum; (3) the obstacles faced by history teachers and students in utilizing the Rumah Budaya Museum as a source of history learning are time, cost, and licensing limitations. This study provides suggestions so related parties can work together to overcome these obstacles and develop a history-learning design that utilizes the Rumah Budaya Museum as a source of history learning.
