Abstract

Rapid technological advances have led to the development of computer vision science in various fields. This research aims to detect handwriting using deep learning technology with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. The research stages are data sample selection, data preprocessing, data training, data testing, and evaluation of results. This research succeeded in detecting handwriting with an accuracy value of 0.9800 and a loss value of 0.0665. There are several classification errors because images with numbers are less clear and almost look like numbers that they should not be. The more training data, the more the network will learn so that the accuracy will be better.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology can lead to vulnerabilities in data and information. Everyone can access that data and information and disseminate it easily through the internet. The data and information can be in the form of text, video, audio, and images that may be confidential. To prevent misuse and unauthorized access to this confidential data and information, a technique is needed to enhance the security of the data. One of these techniques is by encrypting data. This technique is used to encode data in such a way that the security of the information is maintained and it cannot be read without being decrypted first. The encryption technique that has been developed involves implementing chaos theory, one of which uses the Arnold’s Cat Map algorithm. This algorithm is applied in the process of encrypting and decrypting digital images with png and bmp extensions. The results of this trial show that the image files can be encrypted and decrypted properly. The time obtained is directly proportional to the size of the image.

Abstract

The foundation of a science is a fundamental thing that must be known. The essence of a science is the foundation of that science. The essence and philosophy are interconnected in knowledge, so in a science, the origins of the development of knowledge can be understood. The science that is currently developing is certainly driven by the nature and philosophy of that science, which serves as the basis for research development. Cryptography is one of the sciences developed based on mathematics applied to the security of communication. Cryptography currently encompasses the security of communication in information technology. The discussion of this research is about the thoughts and opinions from the literature related to the nature and philosophy of cryptography, its history, development, and its application as security in information technology.

Abstract

Millions of data at every meeting are questioned through social media, application websites, mobile applications, and internet usage that uses objects around us to be able to interact with each other known as the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT requires a database with very high performance and a high level of availability. NoSQL is one database that can store diverse data. Currently there are many NoSQL databases with different implementation and storage characteristics. This brings challenges in the selection of NoSQL databases used as IoT data storage media. In several studies that have been carried out by several researchers who use IoT data storage media using the Apache Cassandra NoSQL Database. The results of literature studies and literature reviews show that Cassandra is the best apache that can be used as a data storage sensor, and backend Internet of Things (IoT).

Abstract

Extraction of information or information extraction is a field of science for natural language processing, by converting unstructured into information in a structured form. Information that is useful and requires data that can be used as a reference in making decisions. Machine Learning Algorithms have been used to build basic classification models to identify pediatrics in biomedical texts and have been developed to provide more accurate information. Named Entity Recognition (NER) is useful to help identify and identify a word. The biomedical field has a lot of literature so that NER is highly demanded in the biomedical domain. Biomedical texts are not homogeneous. Medical notes or records written differently from scientific articles, sequence annotations, or other recent public health. Various methods in biomedicine can be recognized, the meaning of which has been developed using machine learning. This study discusses previous research on NER in the biomedical sector.

Abstract

This study provides an overview of fraud detection or robbery / fraud detection on credit cards using machine learning as the main technique. This review discusses some research by experts related to the theoretical foundation, advantages and disadvantages, data procedures, analysis methods, and machine learning techniques used. Before big data was widely known and used in the community, fraud detection used the meaning of text and the meaning of data to process the data. Along with the development of technology, many techniques are used in fraud detection, one of which is machine leaning. Machine learning is a branch of Artificial Intelligence that allows computers to have the ability to learn without needing to program anymore. In simple terms machine learning builds an algorithm that allows computer programs to learn and perform tasks on their own without any user features. This kind of algorithm works by building a model from the input or input to be able to produce a prediction or make a decision based on existing data. Machine learning deals with computational statistics that focus on predictions or making based on computer usage. Some of the implementations of machine learning are text analysis, image processing, finance, search and recommendation engines, speech understanding, and so on.
