This research aims to analyze the implementation of OSIS special service management at Darus Sholah HighSchool. Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) special service management is an important approachin managing various activities and programs carried out by the OSIS at school. According to Baharuddin,the scope of OSIS special services is about planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating servicesprovided by OSIS to students and schools. The goal is to improve the quality of the student experienceat school, support student leadership development, and make a positive contribution to the learningenvironment. The method used was a qualitative research method, data sources were obtained from the schoolprincipal and Deputy Head of Student Affairs. Data collection techniques using observation, interviewsand documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique by means of data condensation,data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification is strengthened by triangulation as a data validitytechnique which is then analyzed using Baharuddin’s theory. The results of this research indicate thatthrough special OSIS service management, OSIS can play a significant role in building social ties amongstudents, facilitating learning, and encouraging students’ active participation in various extracurricularactivities. It also helps students develop leadership, c
