Abstract

This study examines the influence of service quality, product quality, and personal branding on asset purchase decisions at PT Boll Putra Mario, Parepare City. The research employs observation and questionnaires as data collection methods, involving a sample of 109 respondents, all of whom have occupied homes provided by PT Boll Putra Mario. Data analysis includes multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, determination tests, and t-tests, with data processed using SPSS version 20.0 software. The findings reveal that service quality, product quality, and personal branding significantly and positively impact asset purchase decisions. This indicates that higher service standards, superior product offerings, and a strong personal branding strategy can enhance consumer interest in purchasing assets from the company. Service quality plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and trust, while product quality addresses consumer needs and expectations. Personal branding, meanwhile, strengthens the company’s image and appeal, directly influencing customer decisions. These results highlight the importance of maintaining and improving service quality, offering competitive and reliable products, and fostering a strong, trustworthy brand image. By focusing on these factors, PT Boll Putra Mario can further optimize its market position and attract more potential buyers in the Parepare City area.

Abstract

The Local Government as the party given the task of running the government is obligedto report financial accountability for the resources collected from the community as a basis for assessing its financial performance. This study aims to determine the cultural philosophy value of Nene' Mallomo in the management of regional finances and assets inthe office of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regencyand to know the value of the Nene' Mallomo cultural philosophy in expressing its role in the achievement of the Performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of speech/writing on the behavior of the people observed. The techniques for collecting interview data, documentation and literature studies. The results show the Financial Management of Sidenreng Rapang Regency is already very good. It can be seen from the point of view of agency theory where the government acts as an agent to give full responsibility to community by managing finances based on principles and principles and managing regional finances.

Abstract

T2DM is a condition characterized by increased blood glucose levels due to metabolic disorders caused by a lack of the hormone insulin. The condition affects the body's use of sugar as an energy source, due to the malfunction of the insulin hormone and this also causes disturbances in lipid metabolism, which is characterized by an increase in lipid derivatives such as TG. TG is fat found in the bloodstream which functions as an energy source. The normal value for TG levels according to Ahmad (2023) is <150 mg/dl. The aim of this study was to determine the description of TG levels in T2DM patients based on gender and age group. The type of research is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional method. This research used a total sampling of 119 based on RM data at RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin in 2023. Based on research results, the highest number of TG level cases were in the high TG level category (200-499 mg/dl) as much as 41%, the majority of the increase was in women with the highest TG level category (200-499 mg/dl), namely 46%, and based on age group, the most cases were in the late elderly (55-65 years) with the highest TG level category (200-499 mg/dl) namely 15%.
