Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation (Monev) activities play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of a program. However, clinic management has not yet optimized member data management due to limited human resources and the existing system. The problem formulation of this practical work is how to develop a web-based monitoring and evaluation information system for members at Klinik Ummat Manang. The presence of this system aims to facilitate clinic staff in monitoring clinic members. During the analysis phase, data collection methods include interviews with clinic representatives, observations, and literature studies. The data sources consist of primary and secondary data. The system design utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the construction phase employs PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system (DBMS). The software used includes Sublime Text 3 and Laragon as a virtual server. This system is designed to be accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. The expected outcome is the development of a monitoring and evaluation information system for Klinik Ummat members, which simplifies data management and member monitoring for all relevant parties.  Keywords: Monitoring and Evaluation System, Web-Based System, Member Management.

Abstract

The creation of a Web profile for Rumah Tahsin Ash Habul Qur'an, Sukoharjo is to introduce Rumah Tahsin Ash Habul Qur'an, Sukoharjo which aims to provide information to the public so that the public is more aware of the existence and development of Rumah Tahsin Ash Habul Qur'an, Sukoharjo. In addition, this web profile aims to facilitate public access to information about Rumah Tahsin Ash Habul Qur'an, Sukoharjo, as well as a publication media for the village government to convey various work programs, reports, and information to the community. The data collection methods carried out by the author include interviews, observations and literature studies. The interview was conducted with the village secretary. Observations are carried out to match data and anticipate new information at the research location, so that actual and reliable data and information are obtained. Meanwhile, literature studies are useful for obtaining a theoretical foundation in the form of experts regarding the subject of research. Abstract

Profile Video as a promotional media and so that it can be better known to the wider community. The data collection method carried out by the author is through field studies, interviews and libraries. This field study was carried out by direct observation at the research location and taking documentation in the form of videos for the needs of making a profile video of the Surakarta DPRD. Then direct interviews are used to improve information in making a profile video of the Surakarta DPRD, while library studies are useful for obtaining related theories based on theories in the form of experts regarding the objects being researched such as applicable laws and regulations and related to the matters being researched. The result obtained is a profile video of the Surakarta DPRD which can support promotional activities and can be better known to the wider community
