Abstract

Abstract : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) dan Non-Performing Financing (NPF) terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Indonesia. Kata kunci: BOPO, NPF, profitabilitas, Bank Syariah Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on the profitability of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA) as an indicator of the bank's financial performance. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the financial statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia for 6 periods from 2016 to 2024. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. And to find out the extent to which BOPO and NPF affect ROA, researchers use multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS program analysis tool. The results of the study indicate that the NPF variable has a significant negative effect on ROA, which means that the higher the NPF, the lower the bank's profitability, meanwhile, BOPO does not have a significant effect on ROA, which means that the higher the BOPO has no effect on bank profitability. These findings show how important it is to improve the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia through operational efficiency and financing risk management. Abstract

Abstract: This study uses halal certification as a mediator to investigate how religiosity and halal knowledge affect purchase decisions. This study employs a quantitative approach, gathering data from 100 current UNHASY students who meet specific requirements via a questionnaire. The SmartPLS application version 3.0 supports the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis used in this work. as well as evaluating the inner and outside models. The study's findings show that while halal product knowledge has an impact on halal-certified items, religiosity has no effect on them. Purchase decisions are also directly impacted by halal-certified goods. Products with halal certification cannot influence religious beliefs when making judgments about what to buy. However, halal-certified goods can influence consumers' decisions to buy by mediating halal product information.

Abstract

This study examines the role of connection relationships as a mediating variable in the influence of capital on student entrepreneurship. The capital in question includes financial and social capital, where social relationships function as a bridge to access opportunities and resources that support entrepreneurship. With a quantitative approach through a survey of student entrepreneurs, the results show that connection relationships strengthen the influence of capital on entrepreneurial development. This finding emphasizes the importance of social networks in facilitating the success of student entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the role of connection relationships as a mediator of the influence of capital on student entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship among students is an important issue in the development of the creative economy, where capital plays a major role in influencing business success. However, in addition to financial capital, the connections owned by students also have great potential to support the development of their businesses. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey of students involved in entrepreneurial activities. The results of the analysis show that capital, both financial and social, has a significant influence on student entrepreneurship. In addition, connection relationships have been shown to mediate the influence of capital on the development of student businesses. These findings indicate that strengthening social networks and business relationships can increase the effectiveness of capital use in entrepreneurship.
