Abstract

The research based on the existence of inclusive-based schools that receive students who have special needs to study together in the regular class. Every people has equal right in education so that the government socializes for each region to have a child-friendly inclusion school with student who have special needs. Curriculum and learning are the main foundations of educational success, therefore researchers focus on curriculum management and learning in inclusive-based schools.The focus of this research is learning and Curriculum management in inclusive school. The method used in this research is qualitative approach with multi case design, data source is taken from person, place, and paper with primary and secondary data source. Data collection techniques are participative observation, indept interview, and documentation. The results showed (1) curriculum and learning planning used in grassroots approach inclusion-based schools; Doing assumptions on students with special needs; Designing individual learning programs (PPIs); Using humanistic curriculum design model; Learning classroom management using pure inclusion model and special class; (2) curriculum and learning Actualization in inclusive-based schools using a modified curriculum from the curriculum of the education nation ; The content of learning emphasizes life-skills; Instructional design used dick cery design; Using the method of ABA therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis); Learning refers to individual learning programs of students with disabilities;

Abstract

Penelitian dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya sekolah berbasis inklusi yang menerima siswa berkebutuhan khusus untuk belajar bersama dikelas reguler. Setiap warga negara memiliki hak pendidikan yang sama dan merata sehingga pemerintah mensosialisasikan agar setiap wilayah memiliki sekolah inklusi yang ramah terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus. Kurikulum dan pembelajaran merupakan pondasi utama keberhasilan pendidikan, oleh karena itu peneliti berfokus pada manajemen kurikulum dan pembelajaran dalam sekolah berbasis inklusi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan multi kasus, sumber data diambil dari person, place,dan paper dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi partisipatif, indept interview, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan credibility, transferbility, dependability, dan confirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Evaluasi kurikulum dan pembelajaran yang digunakan sekolah berbasis inklusi adalah model Educational System Evaluation; menggunakan fungi evaluasi sumatif dan formatif dalam evaluasi pembelajaran siswa; (2) Tindak lanjut perbaikan kurikulum dan pembelajaran di sekolah berbasi inklusi yakni dengan mengadakan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan mutu profesionalitas guru sebagai pendamping siswa berkebutuhan khusus; mengadakan workshop mengenai kurikulum dan pembelajaran; bekerjasama dengan konsultan ahli kurikulum dan pembelajaran. Strategi perbaikan yang dilakukan yakni dengan menganalisis hambatan dan bersama-sama mencari solusi sebagai bahan perbaikan kurikulum dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The implementation of Hajj and Umrah rituals requires professional guidance due to the procedural complexity of manasik and the increasingly diverse socio-demographic backgrounds of Indonesian pilgrims. This community service project therefore aims to strengthen the professional capacity of prospective mutawifs among East Java youth representatives through a structured and participatory training model. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, engaging participants as active collaborators in needs assessment, training design, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through pre- and post-training assessments, observation during manasik simulations, reflective discussions, and performance evaluations. The findings indicate a significant improvement in participants’ mastery of fiqh al-manasik and ritual procedures. Participants also demonstrated enhanced communication competence in guiding elderly pilgrims and managing group dynamics. Conflict resolution and crisis-response skills improved through scenario-based simulations. Moreover, the training strengthened ethical awareness, service orientation, and spiritual responsibility as mutawifs. Participants reported increased self-confidence and readiness to serve in real pilgrimage contexts. This program contributes a replicable youth-based mutawif capacity-building model that integrates technical, interpersonal, and spiritual competencies. It is recommended that religious institutions and Hajj service providers adopt sustainable, competency-based training frameworks to prepare future professional mutawifs.
