Abstract

His research aims to identify and evaluate character-based education curriculum strategies through a literature review. The research method utilizes a literature analysis from various sources such as scientific journals, books, and education policy documents. The findings indicate that the integration of character values like honesty, responsibility, empathy, and cooperation can be achieved through teaching methods such as group discussions, collaborative projects, case studies, and a contextual approach. Teachers act as role models and facilitators, while an inclusive school environment and extracurricular activities support character development. However, there are challenges in consistent implementation due to differences in teachers' understanding and skills, as well as limited resources. Ongoing training for teachers is necessary to address these challenges. The research concludes that character-based curriculum strategies are effective in raising awareness and applying character values among students, but they require ongoing support and adequate resources for consistency and sustainability.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi strategi kurikulum pendidikan berbasis karakter melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis literatur dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan pendidikan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, empati, dan kerjasama dapat dilakukan melalui metode pengajaran seperti diskusi kelompok, proyek kolaboratif, studi kasus, dan pendekatan kontekstual. Guru berperan sebagai teladan dan fasilitator, sementara lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler mendukung pengembangan karakter. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam konsistensi implementasi karena perbedaan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru diperlukan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi kurikulum berbasis karakter efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan penerapan nilai-nilai karakter siswa, tetapi memerlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dan sumber daya yang memadai untuk konsistensi dan keberlanjutan.Kata Kunci : Strategi kurikulum, pendidikan berbasis karakter, pengembangan karakter

Abstract

Education Is the interaction between humans and their environment, including the natural environment and human environment. In this interaction humans are not only the result of interaction with nature and with fellow humans, but the results of the development of optimal human potential in accordance with a room that is open for the development of innovation and creativity. Islamic education is expected to be more developed so that Islamic Education Institutions have their own attraction, because it has a more outward and global dimension. The process of improving the quality of human resources requires a variety of prerequisites in their implementation, including the environment of human life should provide opportunities for the development of students to develop in accordance with the potential available to them. Islamic education, in spiritual and moral growth will be able to help individuals strengthen their faith, creed and recognition of Allah SWT, through law, morals and religious teachings, thus students in carrying out the guidance of faith in God and a deep understanding of the teachings of religion and its value in life in its behavior, and its relationship with God with fellow human beings and all creatures, will reinforce the importance of moral education and spirituality in facing globalization.  Keywords: Quality of HR, Islamic Education
