Abstract

Lombok Island is an archipelago that has a source Natural resources such as sand and gravel are abundant. This material is one of the components of concrete. Concrete is a frequently used material in Indonesia. Compressive strength testing of concrete typically requires a large number of samples and a considerable amount of time. To expedite and simplify this process, researchers employ computer-based intelligence techniques, namely the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method. This research involved a series of laboratory tests for normal concrete's compressive strength. The obtained data was then processed using MATLAB with the ANN modeling method for training. The research results indicated a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 0.02% during the training process and 1.54% during testing. This demonstrates that the developed ANN modeling exhibits a high level of accuracy with low error. Therefore, the empirical formula obtained can be used for predicting the compressive strength of normal concrete with a good degree of precision.

Abstract

Sika grout 215 new adaIah semen grouting siap digunakan dan mempunyaikarakteristiktidak menyusut.Sika grout 215 newbiasanyadigunakanuntukbetonpracetak, pengisian ceIah, rongga, perbaikan beton dengan metode groutingsertauntukstrukturkeIautankarenamemiIikikuattekanyangcukuptinggi,tidakmudah susut dan tahan terhadap benturan. Beton adalah suatu material komposit yang terdiri dari unsur-unsur agregat kasar, agregat halus, semen, air dan terkadang ditambahkan dengan variasi bahan tambah. Penelitian ini menggunakan semen sika grout 215 new sebagai pengganti sebagian semen. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi campuran sika grout 215 new tehadap kuat tekan dan kuat tarik belah beton. Beton direncanakan f’c 20 Mpa dengan variasi campuran 0%, 15%, 25%, 35% dari berat sebagian semen. Untuk pembuatan beton pertama mempersiapkan bahan seperti air, pasir, kerikil, semen dan bahan tambah. Setelah bahan terkumpul, lalu dicampur di mesin molen sampai merata. Setelah tercampur merata langsung dicari nilai slump dan dimasukkan dalam cetakan silinder. Ditunggu sampai kering terus direndam selama 28 hari. Setelah 28 hari diangkat dan dikeringkan kembali terus diuji menggunakan alat CTM. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian 28 hari nilai kuat tekan untuk semua variasi sebesar 28.69 Mpa, 28.12 Mpa, 29.06 Mpa, 30.76 Mpa. Sedangkan nilai kuat tarik belah untuk semua variasi sebesar 3.44 Mpa, 3.32 Mpa, 3.65 Mpa, 3.89 Mpa. Nilai optimum terdapat pada variasi 35% dengan nilai kuat tekan 30.76 Mpa dan kuat tarik belah 3.89 Mpa.

Abstract

Industrial development in Indonesia is very rapid and has a positive impact on the economy of a region or country. The rubber industry, in particular, produces many benefits. However, the negative impacts that can arise from industrial products have the potential to pollute the environment, namely, waste in very large quantities and not utilized for activities that are beneficial to an area. Rubber Rubber Waste refers to leftover material or is the result of disposal from an industry which has little economic value and has a negative impact on the environment if it cannot be managed as well as possible.The Marshall method aims to determine the characteristics of a flexible pavement. This Marshall method consists of the Marshall Test and Marshall Parameters, namely Stability, Flow, MQ, VIM, VMA and VFA. Calibration factors for marshall equipment in the Al-Azhar Islamic University Mataram laboratory.The performance of Rubber Latex (Latex) as a mixture in AC-WC asphalt turns out to be quite influential because there is a decrease and increase in each mixture percentage on the VIM, VMA, VFA stability and flow values, when using a mixture of 5%, 6% 7%, there is a decrease in the value VIM, VFA, and stability were around 5-10%, and there was a 5% increase in the stability and flow values at mixture percentages of 5% and 9%. Rubber asphalt has a number of advantages over conventional concrete asphalt, especially in terms of flexibility, durability and comfort. However, the higher cost is a separate consideration when using it. The choice of type of asphalt to be used needs to be adjusted to traffic conditions, climate and available budget.
