Abstract

In actualizing the potential possessed by students, self-confidence is an important aspect. Apart from that, low self-confidence is also a problem that hinders student development. Individual counseling is one of the efforts of guidance counselors or school counselors to increase students' self-confidence. This research uses a qualitative approach to the clinical case study type with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. To overcome the problems experienced by the subject, the self-talk technique was given. Based on the assistance given to the subject, the results obtained were that the subject experienced many changes, especially in socializing, such as being good at communicating and showing active and positive behavior. However, he has not been able to explore his abilities.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAsuransi kesehatan merupakan salah satu instrumen penting dalam perlindungan kesehatanmasyarakat, termasuk di wilayah pedesaan yang sering kali menghadapi tantanganaksesibilitas dan keuangan dalam mendapatkan layanan kesehatan yang memadai. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pemahaman masyarakat desa terkait pemanfaatanasuransi kesehatan di Indonesia melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur. Hasil analisis literaturmenunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat desa terhadap asuransi kesehatan masihterbatas, dengan tingkat pengetahuan yang rendah tentang manfaat, jenis-jenis, danmekanisme asuransi kesehatan. Kata kunci: asuransi kesehatan; masyarakat desa; manfaat asuransi ABSTRACTHealth insurance is one of the important instruments in the protection of public health,including in rural areas that often face accessibility and financial challenges in obtainingadequate health services. This study aims to describe the understanding of ruralcommunities regarding the utilization of health insurance in Indonesia through a literaturereview approach. The results of the literature analysis show that the understanding of healthinsurance among rural communities is still limited, with a low level of knowledge about thebenefits, types, and mechanisms of health insurance.Keywords: health insurance; village community; insurance benefits
