Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah pengelolaan inventaris di Dinas PU (Pekerjaan Umum) Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur yang masih dilakukan dengan metode manual menggunakan Excel, yang dinilai tidak efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Untuk mengoptimalkan proses tersebut, dikembangkan Sistem Informasi Kartu Inventarisasi Barang berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode Agile. Metode ini dipilih karena fleksibilitasnya dalam menyesuaikan perubahan kebutuhan pengguna selama proses pengembangan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan dengan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL, serta dilengkapi dengan fitur impor data dari Excel, operasi CRUD, dan kontrol akses berbasis peran. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu mempercepat proses pendataan inventaris, meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan akurasi pengelolaan barang, pegawai, unit kerja, dan ruangan. Sistem ini juga menghasilkan laporan KIB (Kartu Inventarisasi Barang) dan KIR (Kartu Inventarisasi Ruangan) sesuai standar yang berlaku, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas manajemen inventaris.

Abstract

Traffic accidents are caused by several factors, especially due to driver fatigue. To minimize accidents caused by human negligence, developing a prototype microsleep detection system to trigger an alarm is necessary. This research uses Histogram Oriented Gradient and Support Vector Machine methods to detect objects. The programming language used is Python, using the dataset from the Idlib face landmark as a marker in the face point area, which will then be calculated based on the eye aspect ratio. This system is implemented using video input captured using a webcam in real-time. The output of this system uses a buzzer to alert the driver. In this study, the test results were obtained well, carried out with 2 test scenarios with a distance of 40cm - 100cm and testing light levels of 33 lux to 226 lux. From these results, the accuracy results were obtained at 88% each.

Abstract

The development of music streaming services such as Spotify has increased the need to understand the factors that influence user loyalty, particularly among university students who are highly engaged with digital platforms. Despite the rapid growth in music streaming adoption, research specifically examining the relationship between user satisfaction, measured using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model, and user loyalty among Surabaya university students remains limited. This study aims to examine the influence of the five EUCS dimensions, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness, on the loyalty of Spotify users. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 77 students who have used Spotify for at least three months. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS to determine both partial and simultaneous effects of each dimension. The findings reveal that only the ease-of-use dimension has a positive and significant impact on user loyalty, while content, accuracy, format, and timeliness show no significant effects. These results highlight that ease of use plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining user loyalty among Spotify users in Surabaya. Furthermore, the study provides valuable insights for developers to prioritize usability improvements while also contributing to the enrichment of EUCS-based satisfaction studies in the digital music service domain.
