Abstract

Technological developments, especially mobile-based software, have brought major changes to the lives of modern society. One of them is easy access to information in property sales. The “Huniku” application allows users to obtain information about properties, including mortgage calculation simulations and visualization of furniture in real rooms using AR technology. The user interface of this application plays an important role in ensuring that interactions between buyers and sellers in buying and selling property take place efficiently and reliably. This research was carried out using a design thinking approach that focuses on users which includes the empathize, define, ideate, prototype and testing stages. Testing of this design was carried out by usability testing on 6 respondents with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method obtaining a result of 5.2 out of 10 and Single Ease Question (SEQ) obtaining a result of 76 out of 100. The test results showed a significant improvement in the user experience when using the application, this can confirm the success of the UI/UX design that has been implemented.
