Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the loyalty of cadets on disaster preparedness (TAGANA) in Jambi Province. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were volunteers for disaster preparedness cadets (TAGANA) in Jambi Province. The sample was determined by random sampling method so that the number of samples was 250 people.Data collection techniques used questionnaires and processed with SPSS20. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the social spirit had a positive and significant effect on volunteer loyalty by t count 5,246 > t table 1,651. A comfortable environment and workplace have a positive and significant effect on volunteer loyalty by t count 2.937 <t table 1.651. Effective communication has a positive and significant effect on volunteer loyalty of 9,646 < t table 1,651. The relationship between members within the organization has no effect on the loyalty of volunteers because the t count is 0.849 < t table 1.651. Leadership style has no effect on volunteer loyalty because the t count is 1,291 < t table 1,651. However, social life, relationships with members in the organization, leadership style, comfortable environment and workplace, effective communication have a simultaneous and significant effect on the loyalty of TAGANA volunteers with an F count of 190,339 > F table 2.25

Abstract

A bakery is a business operating in the food sector that sells various kinds of bread and cake products and sometimes they sell drinks, food and products related to the cake and bread industry. Data collection for all aspects of previous sales uses memory and by recording it in books or on paper. This journal was written using a distributed system method. Due to the ineffectiveness of existing data collection, to prevent errors in information collection, this system was created to be a solution to this problem. With the aim of increasing effectiveness, this system was created.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang dikenal sebagai web memungkinkan pengguna berbagi data dengan cepat melalui jaringan internet. Website sudah digunakan oleh berbagai lembaga sebagai media informasi dan manajemen informasi. Organisasi PCM saat ini belum mempunyai website yang digunakan sebagai media informasi dan manajemen informasi. Hal tersebut menyebabkan kendala baik kepada masyarakat yang terlibat maupun anggota organisasi PCM. Layanan informasi yang lambat dan pengelolaan manajemen tata kelola yang belum terkomputerisasi. Layanan yang hanya mengandalkan tenaga manusia sebagai media informasi utama. Untuk saat ini PCM Danau Sipin masih di kelola secara sederhana, yaitu dengan menggunakan peralatan seadanya yang ada dalam berkoodrinasi, seperti pengelolaan agenda rapat menggunakan pesan singkat (whatsapp), pembukuan dan pelaporan keuangan menggunakan buku dan pena saja, dengan minimnya pengetahuan tentang integrasi informasi yang baik secara komputerisasi hampir tidak diterapkan, ini merupakan permasalahan yang ada pada PCM Danau Sipin Kota Jambi. Oleh sebab itu tim pengabdi mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk membantu pihak organisasi dalam membuat website yang dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi dan manajemen informasi. Kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari tahap perencaanan adalah kerjasama terkait kegiatan dan pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan website. Pada tahap pelaksanaan tim pengabdian membuat website PCM sesuai dengan hasil dari tahap perencanaan. Tahap evaluasi adalah tahap pemeriksaan terkait website PCM yang telah dibuat. Tim pengabdian berhasil membuat website PCM sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi PCM yang dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi dan manajemen informasi. Dengan adanya website PCM, permasalahan organisasi PCM terkait pembagian dan penyebaran informasi serta manajemen informasi dan tata kelola yang sebelumnya belum terkomputerisasi telah diselesaikan.

Abstract

Graduation is one of the assessment items in the accreditation process of a tertiary institution. So that if students graduate on time, it will help assess the accreditation of a tertiary institution. The method used is K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). This method is used to classify objects based on learning data closest to the object. This research aims to predict the graduation of Jambi Muhammadiyah University students, whether it is worth graduating on time or not graduating on time. In research using K-NN to predict student graduation, the results were that the K-NN approach in this study produced an accuracy value of 93.33%. The result is testing with a value of K = 5 using 50 training data for Jambi Muhammadiyah University students who have graduated in 2022; then data testing is tested with training data that has been tested before, 4 students who graduated not on time and who graduated on time were 46 students.
