Abstract

The writing of this article is grounded by observations and simultaneous assessments of the external and internal environments of educational institutions allowing education managers to be able to identify the different types of opportunities available to successfully formulate and implement various educational plans. This comprehensive design can be done through a process of action known as a strategic environmental analysis. Strategic concept is more effective in allocating existing resources in achieving educational goals. The existence of the implementation of Islamic Education will be a means, the media in the distribution of vision and mission in addition to implications on improving the quality of faith, taqwa, even faith (leader) for the devout. Environmental analysis is a stakeholder analysis, a very important instrument for understanding the social and institutional context of a program / project activity. This instrument is used to identify stakeholder interests, interests, and influence on ongoing program / project activities.

Abstract

In Islamic thought, the model leaders are simultaneously both managerial and vision, mission and inspiration, but at the same time dedicated to serving the general public. The purpose of this study, the author discusses the ideal leadership and important attributes of a leader such as managerial, courage, integrity, practical wisdom, and moral authority and humility. So that raises the question of research on the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad in western management theory. To answer this research question, researchers collected data through documentation methods. Then after the data is collected, it is analyzed through content analysis and critical analysis. So that this study resulted in one of the offerings of thought about an improvement model and changes in innovative leadership and management

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article discusses about improving the quality of education through students is one of the important components in the education system, in the world of education students are the main raw material in the process of scientific change of knowledge. Learning can be interpreted as components that are interconnected with each other. These components include goals, materials, methods, and evaluations. The four components of learning must be carefully considered by the teacher in selecting or determining the approach and learning model. Doing activities in implementing them, recognizing many terms to describe the way the teacher will do teaching.
